  Ideal doesn’t even come close to describing how amazing the staff at this location is. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan, Anthony, and Juan. The 3 of them were so extremely helpful! The lobby was ALWAYS clean even when it was full of people. I don’t think I passed a single person from the housekeeping / cleaning staff that didn’t smile and greet me. Every single person I interacted with at this establishment was absolutely lovely to interact with. I am on the road for long periods at a time for work and I am rarely this shocked to experience genuine hospitality & lovely of an environment. Hats off ESPECIALLY to Ryan & Anthony. They are some of the most kind & hospitable staff I’ve ever dealt with in hotels. Edit to include that the room was spotless & smelled so clean and comfortable. Plenty of toilet paper & full tissues! Trash was always taken the moment we put it out by the front door. Hallways clear and clean, doesn’t smell like cleaning product just smells clean and taken care of! It was snowy and there were hardly ever foot prints or wet spots. It seems like they always just mopped common areas & hallways were always free of footprints & garbage. The staff is seriously on top of their stuff! 10/10 I truly hope I return to this hotel soon!

  Overall a good experience, the front desk was very helpful and gave me good recommendations on which spots to visit and eat at, since I was on vacation and they were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too, lots of options to choose from and they had omelets and sausages. The rooms were clean and maintained well. And the location is only 10-15 minutes from downtown Hartford. However, the bathroom setup is weird - the toilet sits right underneath the countertop next to the sink and I was unable to lift both of the seats because of the overhang of the counter. Next, the walls are paper thin - my first night here there was a couple arguing in the room next to me and I could hear everything. And third, someone was smoking weed on the second floor and it made the entire hallway smell. (Not the hotels fault obviously, but I wish people had more consideration for others). Will I stay at this hotel again? Yes, I will. I had a comfortable stay.

  We stayed here for Christmas with family nearby. There were a lot of broken items in the room (hair dryer, phone...) and no good solutions offered to us. Staff did not communicate that room cleaning was by request only for some days during our stay so we had to get our own towels etc. for two days. We even asked after Christmas and they didn't tell us it was because request only for the next day too? Or maybe they just decided not to come that day? No accessibility features for my elderly mother when we asked for them like a traction bath mat. Too expensive for what it was. I booked in advance but there were a bunch of Christmas rate specials when we arrived that staff said were not available to me. Breakfast was fairly good but otherwise I would not recommend.
