Booked a room on 11/20 an paid over 1200 dollars to stay 7 days.
On the third day we had a change of plans. I went to the front desk to let them know that we would not be able to do the seven days an said we were leaving on day three.We paid cash(BIG MISTAKE)as I was told hotel doesn’t offer refunds.I’m still in shock as the manager said the best he could offer as a refund was the other 4 days could be used in the future.We we’re not impressed with this hotel. Upon arrival, we’ve killed three cockroaches already. On D2 it seem to be a big deal to ask for a couple more towels. On that day, we were in the hotel planning on leaving. On that day The cleaning crew knock on the door into the housekeeping. I went to the door and asked if they could come back in 10 minutes as we were getting ready to leave and didn’t really want to be in there while they were cleaning. She smiled and said yes, we went back to the hotel a few hours later no cleaning was done. i’m just curious if anybody else has any issues with leaving the hotel and not being reimbursed for diesel not gonna stay there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody

Close to downtown Hartford, clean beds and nice rooms. They ran out of eggs and sausage more than 30 mins before the end of breakfast and said they’d refill them to multiple people but did not do so. This is a bummer on time and food

Let em start by saying the Hotel staff made it right but none the less wanted to shared honest review. Not on the nicest of areas lots of people hanging out at the road out front . when we got to our room we voted the beds looks freshly made however there was old room keys on the tv stand and the bathroom want clean and the bar of soap had been used garbage in bad was used and full of bloody tissues , garbage in room also used ! I grabbed my purse the the tv stand and noted 30+ little baby spiders all over the cabinet and yes they were in my purse 😒. Anyways as I stated our room was moved with no issues and the new room smelled and looked clean but none the less was not great .

I was visiting Brown University in Rhode Island and needed a place to stop on my long drive back and forth from Baltimore. Great service easy access right off the Hwy. The front desk was extremely courteous and helpful and I wish I knew his name so I could put it in my review. Yes 5he breakfast eggs looked bad but that was expected, Lol.

Had to wait at front desk for service for more than 10 minutes because nobody was there. Several times. Entire building reeked of sewage. The room I was in was filthy. Dirty mirrors, dirty carpets, dirty shower and shower curtain. The couch was so disgustingly stained and stinky I had to get an extra sheet just to sit on it. The TV and the phone in the room stopped working shortly after checking in.
In the morning, I requested an hour extra for check out. They said it was not possible. So I was rushing to check out, as they were clearly trying to get us out quickly (people had knocked twice before 11). I called and requested a cart just to make things quicker while I finished packing the last of my things. The guy at front desk who took my call was rude, questioned why I needed the cart, gave me an attitude and said “we will see what we can do”… then nobody ever came with a cart.
Overall it was a bad experience. The dirty rooms and the poor service was not worth the $180 I paid for a night. And to charge $100 deposit when the rooms are that filthy already is insane.
