Worst of all, we got booked in a room that has two beds when we wanted a one big bed for my boyfriend and I to sleep. Worst of all, my boyfriend had a heartburn and the woman from the front desk was going to make me go downstairs to get him an aspirin. However they brought upstairs food for someone else. Disgraceful!! Worst of all, we were gonna go to the pool, however there too many people partying hard, acting wild and a couple trying to make out in the pool. I’m absolutely furious with the service. Absolutely furious!!

The staff at night when I arrived to find out I missed my reservation was very accommodating. Clean rooms, great service! Thanks again 🙂
