  Am in Branford CT at least 1x a month for work for the last 9 months. I have stayed for 1 to 3 nights and have covered all days of the week. The front desk staff is wonderful. There is a free breakfast- I have yet to try that yet but have seen many people enjoying it. I have heard them mention a gym and an indoor pool but I haven't had the chance to try them either) The rooms are very clean. Minifridge and microwave in the room. Their beds are very comfortable and they have 2 different pillow firmness(es?). It's the only place ill stay. Highly recommend.

  Horrible management. Quiet and Clean In need of a need head of management without being uncomfortable. And needs to work on interpersonal skills. Overall I had a long extended stay and majority was fair to good. But even the staff members that work the front desk need more training. The front staff weren't helpful in clarity of room reservation during my stay. I made sure I had my original rooms were left and I was told yes, some party requested my room and already had a reservation for it. But was reassured that I would have a room on the third floor. Come to find out when I went to return my keys I had no reservation set and the entire hotel had no availability left. So unexpectedly I had to leave my room and the entire hotel was reserved to a business conference. So I had to check out. Unless you want to be unclear if you want to expand your stay and it was confirmed by one staff stated again I was booked the last of

  Only issue I have is the dryer on the second floor, needs to be replaced, takes 3 cycles to dry a load of cloths. That's about 2 hours. 1st cycle does nothing, don't start heating up until cycle 2, then they are still a little damp so have to do cycle 3. Please fix.

  The staff was SUPER nice. We booked it for the breakfast mostly, and it lived up to the hype. Fresh, hot, clean, every option you'd like. Very comfy beds. ONE WARNING: The cans in the third floor vending machine are wicked old. (Coke Zero expires. It does.) I brought it to the front desk and Bobby replaced it with a cold one from the lobby. Oh, and the free cookies are amazing.

  Although they knew we were supposed to check out at 11:00 AM, the room attendants started knocking on the door at 8:00 AM. Despite being very tired, they woke me up. I was not satisfied and would not recommend it. Also, the coffee machines in the room were very dirty; I couldn't drink coffee.
