    Only issue I have is the dryer on the second floor, needs to be replaced, takes 3 cycles to dry a load of cloths. That's about 2 hours. 1st cycle does nothing, don't start heating up until cycle 2, then they are still a little damp so have to do cycle 3. Please fix.

    The staff was SUPER nice. We booked it for the breakfast mostly, and it lived up to the hype. Fresh, hot, clean, every option you'd like. Very comfy beds. ONE WARNING: The cans in the third floor vending machine are wicked old. (Coke Zero expires. It does.) I brought it to the front desk and Bobby replaced it with a cold one from the lobby. Oh, and the free cookies are amazing.

    Although they knew we were supposed to check out at 11:00 AM, the room attendants started knocking on the door at 8:00 AM. Despite being very tired, they woke me up. I was not satisfied and would not recommend it. Also, the coffee machines in the room were very dirty; I couldn't drink coffee.

    Stayed here 2 two nights while on a business trip. On the first night after a long work day, I go to my room and find a cockroach scurry out of the bathroom and into the area where the fridge and coffee machine in. This was around 11:20pm at night so I went to the front, told the staff and was issued a new room. They didn't even apologize or anything for the trouble. After shaking around my luggage to make sure the roach didnt get into any of my clothes, I go to bed in the new room. The following morning I go to use the bathroom and find BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. I grab my belongs, go to check out, and immediately notify the staff. At first they offer me "money off my stay" for the trouble but they then change their offer and try to sell me on becoming a member and receiving points. I never really travel so that wouldn't have been much use to me. It really seemed like the staff didn't care about my troubles of staying their and the health issues cause by black mold.
