  Affordable price, good breakfast!, convenient Parking. I was passing through this hotel. I'm uploading a breakfast video, since I couldn't find such a review when I chose an overnight stay.

  Well, I stopped giving negative reviews, but I will share my room was like a refrigerator with heat on high 24/7 . No microwave in our rooms, we stay a full week. No gym not even a treadmill. Seemed like there was only one person that worked behind the service desk the entire stay day/night. He did his best but they clearly were cutting corners everywhere possible. I do not think I would stay there again. But I wish them the best, there is plenty of room for improvements.

  A friend of mine were doing a girls weekend in NYC. Stopped here to spend the night. The guy at the front desk was less than friendly, but our room was lovely! No carpet, spacious, and warm. We went to sleep and got up the next morning went down and had breakfast it was great! The waffles were amazing! We went back to the room to shower up and no hot water. I let it run for a good 10 minutes to see if it would warm up. I got nothing. I called down to the front desk the guy at the front desk was incredibly rude! He mumbled “oh Christ” on the phone and then was sighing as I was talking. His solution was “I don’t have anyone to come fix it, but the people next to you just checked out, you can use their room” I continued to ask is it cleaned and he said “no, I can’t give you a clean room because then the house keepers will have to re-clean the room” (isn’t that their jobs?) I said that was totally unacceptable and I wanted to speak to a manager. Well he was the only one there and the manager was on vacation. Needless to say, it went nowhere. I was less than impressed and thought the solution was unacceptable. I was not showering in a strangers used shower. Less than impressed and this is the only reason for a low rating.

  Gentleman who “greeted” me seemed to be annoyed I was taking him away from what he was doing in the next room. Room was clean, as was the bathroom. Shower head was low ( husband is 5’10 and he was ducking under). Bathroom did have a bonus heat lamp which was great because our room didn’t have the heat turned on when we arrived, outside temp was 11 when we checked in.
