All of the staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Misty F made out stay very nice by being friendly and caring. I really loved seeing all the cute dogs that were also staying there. It is a wonderful place for families. The hot tub was well maintained but was in a little building next to the hotel. It didn't have a changing room so we had to walk outside in wet swimsuits and towels in cold weather. If they would provide a changing screen it would help.

It was apparent that the female staff at the desk was high while on duty. This raises a serious safety issue, if an emergency were to occur, this employee would not be able to respond appropriately or ensure guest safety due to being high on something. I understand that certain drugs are legal in Colorado however it should not I interfere with safety of guests.

We encountered a few issues: the heating system was extremely loud, and the sound insulation was poor — we could hear every noise in the hallway, including guests using the ice machine at night. As a result, it wasn’t a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent, and the service was friendly.
