- BHBrandon HNov 9, 20251.0I stayed at this hotel recently and was very concerned about the professionalism of the overnight staff. It was apparent that the female staff at the desk was high while on duty. This raises a serious safety issue, if an emergency were to occur, this employee would not be able to respond appropriately or ensure guest safety due to being high on something. I understand that certain drugs are legal in Colorado however it should not I interfere with safety of guests.

We encountered a few issues: the heating system was extremely loud, and the sound insulation was poor — we could hear every noise in the hallway, including guests using the ice machine at night. As a result, it wasn’t a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent, and the service was friendly.

The Best darn Breakfast that is another gem! Ask David to tell you a story...he's got plenty for this nice chilled relic of a hotel we enjoyed ! Steve n Annette

I loved that we were in walking distance of so many great shops and restaurants. I highly recommend the Best Western Alpenglo if you want a great vacation in Winter Park! Thank you all so much!
