  I have stayed here a few times now and I have been very impressed with the staff everytime. The location is good, it's a safe area, and it's close to plenty of food and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I like the fact that the fan on the AC unit stays on constantly so it doesn't wake you up starting and stopping like some do. They have good clean common areas, and the breakfast is very good.

  I am an IHG Diamond member and have stayed in many holiday inns across the United States. When I tell you this is one of the worst ones, I mean it. Location is terrible. Rooms are terrible, I was in room 342 and the microwave wasn't even plugged into the wall, the fridge constantly makes a hissing noise. And there elevators are terrible, not only the one that has been out of service for months which is very unprofessional for a "respectable" establishment. But their only "useable" elevator gets stuck and is VERY concerning. I do not make a bad review on IHG lightly. But this is absolutely terrible.

  I had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Cherry Creek. The property is very well-maintained, and the area feels incredibly safe and quiet. My room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I really appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast—great variety and everything was fresh. The location is super convenient, just a short drive to the Cherry Creek Shopping Center and downtown Denver. A special shoutout to the front desk staff for being so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this place for both families and couples!

  Filthy hotel. We had reserved a room weeks in advance. When we checked in our room was fully flipped upside down, maybe it was just cleaned but every window was open and the AC was set at the lowest setting. The room smelled disgusting. We were able to get another room but once in the new room we discovered a more egregious mess. The room smelled like mildew and cigarettes, stains all over the carpet and dog hair, dirt and small black flake stuff was all over one of our beds. The other bed wasn't even made, just sheets piled up. The staff is nice, they are kind people. But this hotel is disgusting, it does not convince me it has earned anything more than 1 star. Do not stay here.
