  Recommend staying at this place quiet relaxing enjoyable, knowing that you could go downstairs.And get something to eat at the cafe.

  Things to consider when staying here: Parking - the closest hotel parking lot in the back was very small, maybe 20 cars worth of parking spots. Unless you get there early or when people are out to eat and exploring you will likely have to park in the back lot. The signs warning you about theft and to hide your belongings or take them with you leave with less then stellar sense of security for that lot. EV Charging - there are 2 dedicated EV charging spots and chargers. If you don't natively have J1772 you will need to bring an adapter. Check-In - there is no covered check-in area, you can either get lucky and park curbside in their 15 minute limit area right out front, or park first in the back and go check in. Shower - the water pressure/showerhead in our room was very high. Something to keep in mind if you have sensitive skin. Bed - the bed was a bit on the firmer side. This is great for some and not great for others. Room Cleanliness - the room overall was very clean. I am a germaphobe and wipe down all high touch surfaces and areas and nothing ever came away dirty during my cleaning and wiping. However, there were a couple of what appeared to be blood stains/spots on the duvet. Please note that these were miniscule spots and I am again a germaphobe and clean freak so it's likely these spots weren't noticed by the cleaning staff. Food - there is no "buffet breakfast" or "breakfast included" with this hotel. There is a restaurant "on-site" that they partner with. We did not order room-service but some reviews and an AI search made it sound like you can order room service from the restaurant. We did order DoorDash for dinner once and they did come up to our room and leave it at our door. Something to keep in mind in terms of security, but also for convenience and food delivery. Now for our personal experience, it was great and we would stay here again despite the mattresses being a bit on the firm side for us and the shower head/water pressure being a bit too harsh. It was a clean hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We would come back again.

  Had my room changed twice because the bathroom sinks were leaking. After the second finding, they upgraded us for free to the family suite, which was nice, but I would much rather have not experienced the hassle and disappointment of settling in, finding the leaks, and packing everything up when my kid needed to sleep, to get a new room. The second room they put us in also had the HVAC panel wide open. Whoever serviced it didn't lock it shut, which was not a sign of confidence. Hot water for sinks in all 3 rooms took very long time to come out - TIP: turn on shower hot water to get sink faucets to have hot water faster.

  Stayed a couple nights just to get away from home. Staff was excellent (thanks particularly to Nelson and Aaron). Alamo Drafthouse being just across the street was a major consideration. Would definitely come again, but probably not spend extra for a mountain view room, myself.

  Very clean, beautifully decorated, delicious food at the hotel restaurant. Staff are super friendly. Room is well stocked with fancy Nespresso and pods, steamer, cute vintage fridge. Beautiful bed frame. My only problem is the bed. I see other reviews say it's comfortable so maybe just me, but for me bed and pillows very firm and not even a tolerable memory foam firm, really struggling to sleep. My partner is okay with pillows but agrees bed is kinda hard. I'm on night two of 4, hopefully they have a mattress pad or something because currently sleep is a struggle.
