  I specifically chose this hotel and booked through the AMEX Travel website so I could earn points for the stay. During the reservation process, I added my AMEX card. I also completed online check-in through the link sent to my email and again entered my AMEX as the card for the stay. When I arrived, I was told a $200 hold was required for incidentals. I asked if I could use a different card for the incidental hold (for tracking purposes) while keeping the AMEX as the card charged for the room itself. I was explicitly told that was fine and confirmed that the room would still be charged to my AMEX. At checkout, I requested a receipt and discovered the entire stay had been charged to the incidental card instead — meaning I earned no AMEX points. The only reason I selected this property, and booked it through AMEX Travel, was to earn those points. Had I known that wouldn’t happen, I would have stayed at a different hotel closer to my family and the places I was visiting. Additionally, I asked at check-in whether there was a microwave in the room. I was told there were no microwaves anywhere on property. I even asked if there was one accessible anywhere in the building, as I had picked up food on my way in, and was told no. At checkout, a different front desk employee told me that information was incorrect. Because of what I was told initially, I avoided bringing leftovers back to the hotel during my entire stay. When I raised these concerns at checkout, they were largely brushed off. Unfortunately, the misinformation and the failure to charge the correct card significantly impacted my experience. I would not choose to stay here again, and this experience has made me hesitant to stay within the Wyndham brand in the future.

  We had such an unpleasant experience at this hotel. The last time we stayed, our room was never cleaned — not once. We even asked the front desk if they could at least bring us fresh towels, and they never did. The room was never serviced during our stay, but we chose not to complain at the time. This time, my boyfriend paid for two additional nights. On the very first morning, we were woken up early by phone calls from the lobby that completely disrupted our sleep and made us extremely uncomfortable. I had to personally call the lobby to remind them that we had already scheduled and paid for an extra night. As guests, it should not be our responsibility to remind staff to do basic hotel duties — keeping rooms clean, knowing the reservation schedule, and not disturbing guests when their stay is paid and confirmed. These are simple, standard expectations at any hotel. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing.

  🛌🛋The rooms are very nice, clean, well- priced, and the location is desirable! 🚘 Parking may pose issues for some? There's only a handful of parking behind the hotel, the rest is a (very) little further in the "overflow"/ additional parking. This wasn't an issue for us as it's still an easy walk, but may present issues for others so figured it is noteworthy. 🔌⚡️There are EV Charge stations as well! The shower heads aren't like waterfall as you may expect, it's high pressured 😖with no adjustment capabilities🚿 A little hiccup with our reservation after we asked for modifications, but the front desk was able to fix it shortly after notification. 🛎The gentleman the assisted my husband with correcting the problem, which in turn actually required them to deactivate our keys. However, the guy was so nice he explained the correction and even offered to bring up the new keys to our room. 🗝 My family enjoyed this stay and would return! Highly recommend!

  Awesome ambiance. Rooms are clean and decorated with great taste. Can’t say enough about the accommodations. Great place to stay!
