  I had a great stay because of the amazing customer service. The hotel is in the older side however when a room key didn’t work so one literally came with me to my room to make sure new card worked. Megan at the front was very willing to help and always had a smile on her face.. The food was actually decent as well. Thank you! Lately service at Hiltons has been really lacking but this Hilton was actually so friendly and had customer service like I use to live about Hilton. Thank you Megan!

  This is a great hotel if you are traveling for business. Rooms are functional, beds are comfortable, quiet, showers stay hot and plenty of outlets. I've only interacted with the front desk at check in, but never had any issues. Its the location where this property really shines; you are 5-10 min from anything you need; shopping (Walmart/Target) and plenty of restaurants. Should definitely be considered if staying in the area.

  I came for a company sponsored training for 2 days and stayed 3 nights. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was clean, modern and business class. My housekeepers Ana and Euliquia made sure my room was perfect, cleaned and restocked every day. My room was very comfortable and I always love the beds and pillows at Hilton properties! The restaurant/bar in the lobby has a great breakfast buffet and a decent beer, wine, cocktail selection for unwinding after work. My breakfast server Jeremiah was very hard working and friendly. The only small, negative things I would mention is that the toilets are shockingly low (not good for bad knees like mine) and the bathroom lighting is horrible for putting on makeup. Other then those 2 things, the hotel was great. I would like to come back when the pool is reopened after it's renovation and experience that too!

  I enjoyed my stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the room was due to an issue I had but it was handled immediately by the exceptional young lady at the service desk. (Cannot remember her name but she works evenings and is awesome). The food and service is delicious. Jeremiah is an awesome host/server. He is very friendly and attentive to all guests. I will be in Colorado for about 8 weeks and definitely will be staying at the Doubletree in Westminster.

  I want to extend my sincere thanks to the DoubleTree staff, especially Katherine, Collin, and Bonnie, and to everyone else who supported us in pulling off such an amazing event. When we needed extra support, the team showed up with grace, professionalism, and a true solution-oriented spirit. They made us feel genuinely welcome and treated us with care and dignity every step of the way. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the overall experience was seamless and enjoyable. We had such a great time, and that’s a direct reflection of the staff’s dedication and hospitality. Thank you again for helping make this event truly memorable. I highly recommend booking a stay here or hosting your next event at DoubleTree..
