  I had a really disappointing experience at the Four Seasons. The two blonde bartenders were incredibly rude from the moment we walked up—short, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping us. It honestly felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff wasn’t much better. Service throughout the visit was inattentive and unwelcoming, with long waits and little to no follow-up. For a place that prides itself on high-end hospitality, this was far from the level of service you’d expect. Overall, it felt like guests were more of a nuisance than a priority. Definitely not the experience you’d hope for at a Four Seasons

  Staying here is like an experience unmatched. As a mom running back and forth I dealt with the front staff a lot at valet and bell. Ethan was the best valet and help for our family. We love Phil & Rodney helping us with the shuttle service. The room is always incredible clean beyond standard, food is my favorite at The Remedy (pan de bono is so so so good). Can’t go wrong with the pool & LOVE that they have a kids area to play. Highly recommend.

  I really loved the service. The staff was very caring and attentive. The restaurant was delicious as well. Make sure to try the hot chocolate, it was amazing. Highly recommend this place!

  Spent the last 4 days here at the four seasons Vail. It was an awesome stay, staff was great, room accommodations were nice. The breakfast was incredible. The ski chalet is really impressive. Highly recommend

  I’ve stayed at Four Seasons hotels before and other luxury brands but this has to be the best experience I’ve ever had. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. The Remedy Bar had the best chocolate martini. I can’t even say enough about The Chalet. We ended up just hanging out in the lounge because of how beautiful it was. All that being said, the best part of the stay was the staff and service. Big shout out to the front desk manager, Argie, for making our stay! We brought our dogs which got hair on the bed and so they did full bedding changes twice a day. We asked why and they said “you aren’t allowed to sleep in a dirty bed…” The attention to detail and service was our favorite part. We will be back!
