  I went for reserving a room however I decided to try the hot chocolate first. I have never experienced such hidden but racist behavior from anyone ever. Mercedes, one staff member wasn't allowing anyone with color to sit inside without reservations, even tho walk ins are welcome. She literally tried her best that people would just leave. Then we went to a small table as they could only accomodate us on the back. And we got our server whose name was Alexis. For the most part service was fine except when she tried to charge us more than what we ordered for and when we caught her, she said she charged us for water💀 I mean do better. why would I even stay at a place where having color on skin can get you racially profiled?

  El chocolate más famoso pues está fun la forma que te lo sirven y todo, la mesera Nieves no es tan agradable pero pues parece que es la forma en que le piden que trate al público! Pues el chocolate es bien espeso sabe bueno pero da dolor de estómago parece lo espeso y dulce que es! El hotel es súper lujoso y los baños están limpios, tienen crema de manos y un jabón divino!! Es a todo dar! En el caso del chocolate hubiera comprado solo dos y lo probaba primero antes de comprar los 5 chocolates y el pan de bono no es bueno es muy quesoso! No creo que vuelva a comprarlo ya viví la experiencia demasiado de caro aparte el 20%de propina obligado!

  We booked the New Year’s Eve Gala at Four Seasons Vail with a confirmed reservation for 9:15 PM. However, we were seated around 10:00 PM, which was disappointing, especially for a timed holiday event. It seemed that there were more reservations than available seating. The ambiance was lovely, but the delay affected the overall experience. For such a premium venue, improved planning and time management would make a big difference.

  My recent visit to the restaurant, was highly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service felt disjointed and inattentive; it seemed like our presence was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to serve, which set a negative tone for the entire evening. The general atmosphere conveyed a feeling that our patronage was not valued. While I hope this was an isolated incident, the feeling of being unwelcome completely overshadowed the food. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment.

  We stopped by the Four Seasons specifically for the viral hot chocolate and were extremely disappointed by the experience. Upon arrival, the host, Mita, told us the only available seating was by the windows. When I politely asked if we could sit outside, since there were clearly open tables,she told me she was unable to move us anymore, so we agreed to the window seating. We then sat there for 30 minutes without being attended to at all. During that time, we watched Mita seat multiple parties who checked in after us and give them options on where they wanted to sit, including outside. When I asked again if my fiancé and I could move outside, I was suddenly told we would need to go on a waitlist for another hour, despite being told earlier that outside seating was first come, first served. When a waitress finally approached us, she explained that she hadn’t taken our order because she thought we were waiting to move outside. This was something that was never communicated to us and was not our decision. Throughout our time there, we saw guests freely moving between indoor and outdoor tables due to the cold, while we were made to feel like an inconvenience for simply asking a question. The staff was cold and dismissive, and the overall experience made us feel extremely out of place. This level of disorganization and lack of hospitality is shocking for a Four Seasons property.
