  Had a little glitch with my room, nothing major, just the air conditioning wouldn't come on. Jeremiah took very good care of me, got me into a new room, no fuss and he was extremely professional and polite about it. He even came up and tried to fix the air conditioner first, so I didn't have to move. Excellent customer service. The hotel itself is on par with Holiday inn Express which is my go-to for traveling because they're consistently clean, have excellent customer service and most importantly, comfy beds. I plan to stay here on my way back too. A+ PS request a room on the backside if you can, it's nice and quiet. I just had to follow up with my morning, as it was greeted by the most cheerie person ever, Lisa Michelle! She is just full of sunshine and joy! Who doesn't need that first thing on a Monday morning?! I'll see you guys on my way back. 😁

  I have been a loyal customer of this hotel for quite some time, and it used to feel like a little piece of home whenever we traveled. However, our recent experience was absolutely unacceptable. After a long 10-hour drive, we encountered extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism from Donavan the front desk employee. Mind you other guest were checking in and his whole attitude changed of course they were same race. Sad to point this out. When we tried to resolve an issue with our confirmation number, the employee not only hung up on us multiple times but also displayed a complete lack of respect. In a world where we already face so many challenges, we simply don’t need this kind of cruelty, especially after a long journey. It’s heartbreaking to see such behavior in a place that once felt like home. This experience has led us to vow never to return, and I strongly urge management to take action so that no other guest has to endure the same treatment.

  I have been staying at this establishment for a while and had never had any issues until this Mr Donavan working the front desk was extremely rude to my wife and myself I honestly wouldn’t spend another dime in this place!! The manager was an absolute no show and never called me back with my concerns.

  A positive surprise during my business trip to Trinidad. Hotel has a wonderful breakfast, the best I had tried in America for a 3 stars hotel. The location and the cleanliness of the facilities are fantastic. Congratulations!!

  My husband & I came in very early on a Saturday morning, having driven from around Austin, Texas after a full day of work. The weather was below average temperature & snow was everywhere. We are not used to this, being from Texas. We didn't expect much, just hopefully a bed. Lisa greeted us with a warm smile and was exactly what we needed after our trip. Extremely friendly, genuinely delightful! ❤️ The room was clean and everything else was up to standard. However, Lisa's customer service is impeccable! 10 stars for Lisa!
