My husband & I came in very early on a Saturday morning, having driven from around Austin, Texas after a full day of work. The weather was below average temperature & snow was everywhere. We are not used to this, being from Texas. We didn't expect much, just hopefully a bed. Lisa greeted us with a warm smile and was exactly what we needed after our trip. Extremely friendly, genuinely delightful! ❤️ The room was clean and everything else was up to standard. However, Lisa's customer service is impeccable! 10 stars for Lisa!

This is the second room that they gave us and it already has much less hair than the first one but it’s still nasty. The hotel looks like a good one but this is so disappointing. The first room and much more hair on the bed and tub also a ball of hair on the floor. The guy at the front desk was kind enough to give us a third room which was better.

Convenient location while traveling. The bed was extremely uncomfortable - I could feel the springs in the mattress. The bathroom had a musty odor and just didn't "feel" clean. ALL noise could be heard!! Poorly insulated?? Breakfast bar was very nice and was kept well supplied and clean.

I could not sleep here. The room doors slam extremely loud, like wayyyy louder than you are thinking while reading this. Louder than any hotel you have ever stayed in. They literally shake the walls and echo down the halls and it's like a bomb going off every time it happens. The first doors started slamming around 5am as people started going in and out of rooms, and it kept happening until we left hours later. The ceiling is also not insulated well like a cheap 90's apartment, and we were lucky enough to have kids above us that at 5:30 am started running all over, jumping off things, and falling very hard to the floor or something. It shook the ceiling and walls and also echoed due to the cheap construction and lack of insulation. This went on for more than 2 hours. The exterior walls are the same. I could hear every car radio and conversation with clarity. The main reason for booking this hotel is to sleep, and that was impossible due to the comically loud doors and shoddy construction/lack of insulation. The food at the breakfast buffet was also worse than the previous 30 or so Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at. The sausage was dry, oddly textured and flavorless, the bacon was covered in grease and old, and the eggs were overcooked and dry/crombly. Nothing was being refreshed while we were in there, all was old and running out at 8am, an hour and a half before breakfast ends. Absolutely would never stay here again. They might be able to slightly fix the food, but the doors and cheap construction are here to stay. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the room was clean enough and didn't smell.

Traveling from one coast to the other I selected this hotel because of proximity to highway and reviews. Lisa at the desk when I checked out was wonderful. Personality was perfect for a hotel. First and foremost they have the new coffee machines that grind the beans! Bonus!! The views from my room were worth raving about for days. Beautiful. The room was very spacious and clean. It was really peaceful (especially for a packed Fri night). There was plenty of Diamond parking which is rare so thank you. The Christmas decorations were festive and appreciated as we live in hotels during the holidays (medical profession). There is a gas station and Wendy’s with in walking distance to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if traveling through town.
