- JLJacob LynchNov 26, 20252.0Disappointing stay this time. I've been here multiple times, but there were a couple things that went downhill since last time. 1. I got the two room suite so my boys could have their own space. When I pulled out the sofa bed the mattress is naturally folded up (I didn't have to lift it), but there was all sorts of gross dirt, candy pieces and what not under it. It gave me no confidence that the cleaners ever open it otherwise they would have seen that and at least given it 2 seconds with the vacuum. (See picture). 2. The hot tub was not even warm. It was maybe a degree or two warmer than the pool. The pool was at maybe 87* and the "hot tub" was maybe 88/89*. We had specifically called ahead to make sure they were working and were told they both were working when we booked 2 days before. Both the pool and the "hot tub" were also rather cloudy and there were no pool towels on either day we were there....I give you two stars because the staff is always friendly, but come on, we are really slacking here!

She had such a warm and happy personality when she greeted us for breakfast in the mornings. She was constantly walking around making sure items were stocked and cleaning up after guest. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone there and I wished there were more people like Linda in this world! Be blessed!
