We checked in late on a Friday night and he was friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. That kind of hospitality at the end of a long travel day goes a long way. Robert is a kind of employee that makes you want to come back to a hotel. Give this guy a raise!

We had a great stay all because of the friendly customer service Rooms were great and clean. Typical of a holiday inn. Location isn’t bad wish it was closer to town but they do have a shuttle service that works for getting into town

He was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He was always smiling and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of, which truly made a difference in my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I also really appreciated how accommodating they were with my service animal. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, but Robert’s outstanding customer service is what really stood out.
