- MHMckenzie Hester5 days ago5.0We’ve come to steamboat for the past few years now and this was our first year staying at this holiday inn. Overall we had a great experience and we were greeted with amazing service by Robert at the front desk during check in and each night we came into the lobby. The breakfast vouchers for Harrison’s next door are a HUGE plus, even without a voucher I’d still reccomend the breakfast there. The shuttle service was convenient for getting to the mountain base but did not take you downtown and the ride to and from downtown on the bus was a little lengthy compared to previous stays.

It was just a few minutes from the Gondola with a Ski shuttle running frequently. Robert helped us check in and was extremely friendly. He gave me a nice wave each time I returned from town and was quick to accommodate my asking for extra towels.

- PNpam nydamMar 1, 20265.0Firstly, I have to say that Robert at the front desk is an asset to IHG. Professional, helpful beyond standard, and smiling. He keeps lobby tables clean and is a great souce of information. We stayed in a suite with 2 adult children for family ski trip. (3 of us) the room was comfortable for us. A separate sleeping area with XL twin, TV, bureau, power station, and good size area. A king bed with all the amenities listed and mini fridge, microwave, desk and couch. There is a shuttle to ski area, all went very smoothly. Thanks again Robert for your efforts and kindness, it made a difference.

Chris, Tammy, Keenan, Robert, and Piero always have a smile and roll out the welcome mat on every visit. Don't forget Whiskey, the best hotel doorman/canine who loves to play fetch. Easy access to the ski resort or downtown via car and bus. Venture out to the Strawberry Hot Springs where one can get picked up right from hotel. A dog friendly hotel that is clean, comfortable, and cozy.
