My interactions with all of the people who work here especially Robert we're top notch and exemplifies excellent customer service. The rooms were well equipped very clean and a welcome change from the bitter cold outside.

Robert, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. The rooms were spacious. Our room had a little alcove with space for 2 people to sleep (futon/couch thing) in addition to the main part of the room with a king sized bed.

Check-in was great, front desk not only had restaurant suggestions but the manager printed out a scenic route to take instead of the usual highways. Breakfast was good in the morning despite staff being slammed with a local conference held there. Only complaints were minor. Would rather have parking fee included in the cost upfront than find out about it at check-in. And outdoor hot tub was not heated. Was there 1st week of October but it was still warm enough to be use outside pool area. Staff/amenities rate 4+ stars.
