- SSSid Shaffer6 days ago5.0We had such a fantastic stay here - from start to finish, everything was easy and comfortable. The rooms were spacious enough to comfortably fit four people, all of our ski gear, and several extra boxes from Christmas — and we still didn’t feel crowded. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made a huge difference after long days on the mountain - as did the jacuzzi - which was big, spotlessly clean, and perfect for relaxing après-ski. The staff truly went above and beyond as well. They switched out a refrigerator within an hour of the request and brought us a K-cup coffee machine even quicker. Even small suggestions were taken seriously — like adding a clock in the hot tub room or offering loaner ice scrapers and snow brushes for guests’ cars after a snowfall. It really felt like they cared about making the experience great, not just good. The “on-demand” pancakes at breakfast were great and there were plenty of options to start the day off right. All around, this was an excellent place to stay for a Steamboat ski trip — comfortable, friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly convenient. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The bed was excellent, and everything felt well maintained. The staff truly made the difference — friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and any questions we had were answered right away. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Amenities were well thought out, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and upscale. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Bob
- NQNa QJan 2, 20261.0I checked into my room this evening and found visible dirty stains on the comforter cover when I’m ready to sleep, which are very concerning and unacceptable for a hotel room. I contacted the front desk, but they said the cleaning team was off duty. They could only provide a clean comforter and several sheets and asked me to change the bedding myself. Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with American-style bedding, and changing everything late at night was stressful and inconvenient. It’s 22:19 and The bed ended up looking messy and not very comfortable.
- CDChris DayDec 27, 20255.0This is a gorgeous new hotel. If you have Chase Travel there are some good deals in the travel portal. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and gorgeous. We had a nice view of the mountain which was a plus. The breakfast was also very nice with good options. The cinnamon buns are addictive! Excellent stay!

Hot tub is nice. Free breakfast is good. Free parking. We loved taking the free bus to the ski resort that stops right next to the hotel. Super convenient.
