Breakfast was good and the attendant took good care of the area. We miss the waffles at Holiday inn Express and we fren choose Fairfield or Hampton since they have waffles. Comfortable room and good service.
- JBJonathan BootheDec 2, 20252.0The entire first floor had no heating or air conditioning in the rooms. The carpets were stained and visibly dirty in our room. The desk chair was covered in dirt as well. Granted we did have a pet room but still gross. The bathroom had a constantly running toilet and the wall paper was peeling with spots of mold. The entire room was just old and run down. It was good size which was nice. The best part was the breakfast though. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had! Great selection of hot and cold options and the fruit was actually ripe. The service was really good too, the people are really nice and accommodating. The place just needs a renovation badly. Not at the level of a typical Holiday Inn I’ve come to expect.
