This place is getting a full face lift with new furniture. The room I had was freshly remodeled. There was even new caulking around the tub and shower!! Bed was extremely comfy. Customer service was good.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel.
When I checked in, the front desk staff member was polite and provided me with a room key on the 3rd floor. After traveling for over 14 hours due to a flight delay, I was expecting a clean, comfortable hotel and a quiet room where I could rest and make work calls during my planned two-week stay.
However, when I exited the elevator on the 3rd floor, I was shocked. The hallway looked like a construction or storage area, with appliances, tools, and trash scattered everywhere. It was so cluttered that I had difficulty even accessing my room because appliances were blocking the entrance. The environment felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a guest.
I immediately returned to the front desk to ask what was happening. This information was never mentioned during check-in. At that time, a male staff member (with a beard) informed me that the hotel is under maintenance. I asked whether all floors were in the same condition and whether another room was available. He told me that all floors were the same and that no other rooms were available.
This information was not true.
I personally checked the 2nd and 4th floors, both of which were clean, organized, and free of any maintenance equipment. Additionally, your website showed an available room on the 4th floor, similar to the one I had booked. This raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency at the front desk.
I do not understand why your staff would mislead a guest instead of offering a proper solution. If the intention was to save rooms for other guests, then unfortunately, it was done at the cost of customer trust.
As a result of this experience, I checked out the very next day and canceled the remaining two weeks of my reservation. After sharing my experience, all six members of my team decided to avoid this hotel as well, meaning you now have even more rooms available.
I am a Hilton Diamond member, and this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. If this is how Diamond members are treated, I can only imagine how guests without status might be treated.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I stay at quite a few Hilton properties through our the year due to work travels. Overall, not a bad Hampton Inn. Is a tad dated and has not gone through the recent renovations/face lfts many have and are currently going through. Is definitely better than the other Hampton inn on the south side of town. Will likely use it in the future as the location is good.

Hampton Inn & Suites Pueblo/North – Comfortable, Reliable, and Road-Trip Ready
I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Pueblo/North as part of my US 50 cross-country drive, and it lived up to what I expect from the Hampton brand — clean, comfortable, and efficient. The check-in was fast, the room was spotless, and the bed was exactly what I needed after a long day behind the wheel.
Breakfast was typical Hampton fare — hot options, waffles, and good coffee — perfect for getting back on the road. Parking was easy and free, with plenty of space for larger vehicles or if you're hauling a trailer.
This hotel sits just off the highway, so it’s easy to access and easy to get moving again in the morning. It’s a solid choice for anyone traveling through Colorado, especially if you’re following the Backbone of America — US 50. Would stay again.
