This is a good review.
They don't know where the fire was. They don't know why the first floor flooded. They don't know why the elevator just gave out. I'm pretty sure the flooding had to do with the blizzard amd COLD That was going on outside causing a pipe burst, and i would guess the elevator motor broke and released a plume of black smoke, setting off the alarm....
Anyway, best night asleep I've ever had and the breakfast was amazing. first time that any waffle maker ive ever used anywhete made a perfect waffle. The room was spectacular. The bathrooms were clean and it actually had a shower door. Every employee from the evening to the morning was a wonderful treat. Seriously. Will stay here again

My bofriend and I recently stayed at the Pueblo location. I made reservations a week in advance. And apon arrival my boyfriend had met me there. As waiting in the lobby as he told the front desk lady he was waiting for me to arrive. Get he was only waiting about 10 minutes for me to arrive. As I was down the street the lady had called security on him. And the security checked his id and made him step off the property till I arrived and had stated after checking his id "we dont rent to locals" my boyfriends id is a Co Springs and mine was a Westminster and when I had arrived we got checked in she looked at my id and she stated again "we dont rent to locals" I asked me boyfriend does your id say Pueblo? And he showed ne and her it states Co Springs. So for the security to kick him off property until I had arrived?. Even after looking at his and my id? Just because the way my boyfriend was dressed is why they were trying to kick him off property. This is very degrading for a company to do as such because the way he looks.. granted the man just got off work and was meeting me at the hotel for a weekend get away and you weren't going to allow him on property.... Neither of us are locals here in Pueblo but because of his "looks" you weren't allowing him on property until I arrived.. a innocent bystanderd and you guys judged off how he looked after a long afternoon/evening at work. Like come on.. not everyone is like the locals in Pueblo. Probably will not be staying here again..

This place is getting a full face lift with new furniture. The room I had was freshly remodeled. There was even new caulking around the tub and shower!! Bed was extremely comfy. Customer service was good.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel.
When I checked in, the front desk staff member was polite and provided me with a room key on the 3rd floor. After traveling for over 14 hours due to a flight delay, I was expecting a clean, comfortable hotel and a quiet room where I could rest and make work calls during my planned two-week stay.
However, when I exited the elevator on the 3rd floor, I was shocked. The hallway looked like a construction or storage area, with appliances, tools, and trash scattered everywhere. It was so cluttered that I had difficulty even accessing my room because appliances were blocking the entrance. The environment felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a guest.
I immediately returned to the front desk to ask what was happening. This information was never mentioned during check-in. At that time, a male staff member (with a beard) informed me that the hotel is under maintenance. I asked whether all floors were in the same condition and whether another room was available. He told me that all floors were the same and that no other rooms were available.
This information was not true.
I personally checked the 2nd and 4th floors, both of which were clean, organized, and free of any maintenance equipment. Additionally, your website showed an available room on the 4th floor, similar to the one I had booked. This raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency at the front desk.
I do not understand why your staff would mislead a guest instead of offering a proper solution. If the intention was to save rooms for other guests, then unfortunately, it was done at the cost of customer trust.
As a result of this experience, I checked out the very next day and canceled the remaining two weeks of my reservation. After sharing my experience, all six members of my team decided to avoid this hotel as well, meaning you now have even more rooms available.
I am a Hilton Diamond member, and this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. If this is how Diamond members are treated, I can only imagine how guests without status might be treated.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
