They cheerfully greet us when coming or going. Breakfast was tasty. Since we come to visit family we will always choose this Hotel. And pet friendly.

He was gracious and efficient as we booked our room. The BEST part about the clean room was how cool the temperature was. Hotels typically have rooms so warm we can’t sleep. Location was very convenient , close gas at a great price. STAFF Mark and Floyd were friendly and cheerful. We enjoyed conversing with them.

Walls are thin; I could hear outside traffic noise, and the TV rattled every time I walked by it (might be a me problem). I had to have them make me new card keys daily because the magnetic strip kept demagnetizing (need a new card key maker). Tub didn’t drain, room service unnecessarily replaced everything (towels, soaps) but didn’t touch the bed. Still a 4-star hotel, but I wish Management would attend to the aforementioned items.

Boyfriend got sick after eating an omelette from there for breakfast so just make sure they wear gloves when making your omelette and aren’t touching every surface with it. Also they don’t refund your money for days you did not stay. Ask the front desk the day of check in and they said there wouldn’t be a problem and we wouldn’t get charged. We still got charged. Then messaged the manager and he didn’t want to refund the night that wasn’t used. And doesn’t have the courtesy to reply back.
