  I have been staying at Holiday Inns for the last 2 years. I travel for work 3 out of 4 weeks a month. This location is by far the worst location i have ever stayed at. Service desk help is exceptionally poor. Room was ok for cleanliness but had a shower head that sprayed everywhere. Which explained all the loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Elevator was louder in my room than it was when standing right next to it. Lots of noise from the hallways almost all night long. Couldn't print me a receipt because the printer was supposedly broken. Asked twice now for emailed copy and still haven't received it. Required for work. Also lied to me saying they couldn't look up my member number when every single other location has been able to. Even called some other locations just to ask them because I knew the front desk was lying to me. I'm going to guess they treat all thier customers like this. Will never stay at this location again. Not even for free.

  We came to stay for the night, and called up here to ask if they had a swimming pool. The lady told us yes they do. The problem is they didn't tell me it's closed. So figured whatever. Then asked when they started serving breakfast. Told me they are also not serving breakfast. Overall very negative experience.bthe front desk lady I feel hates her job. Not very hospitable for someone in the hospitality industry.

  Hotel seems dated. Carpet and furniture is stained. There are scuff marks along the walls at eye level throughout all of the hallways, which was very weird. They have smart TVs, but the hotel’s WiFi firewall prevents the smart TV from connecting to their Wi-Fi, so it’s basically useless. We ended up having to connect our laptop via HDMI to be able to watch any streaming.

  I filtered out hotels for my family. I filtered a pool and restaurant. This hotel has a pool and an advertised restaurant that is no longer functioning. They don't serve any food due to the restaurant that isn't an option. The hotel is outdated but that's for most IHG hotels I've been in. The best thing about this hotel are the restauranta close by.

  We are sorry the restaurant closed and there is no breakfast.
