A notre arrivée : yaourt écrasé sur la moquette du couloir, énorme carton plein de dessus de lit en haut de l’escalier, ne laissant que 60 cm pour passer avec nos bagages. Chambre très limite, tuyauterie extrêmement bruyante, pas de port usb, pas de bouteille d’eau, draps jaunis, distributeur de shampooing vide, robinet qui goutte, petit lavabo en dehors de la salle de bain, rien pour poser ses affaires de toilette. Quant au petit déjeuner, un désastre. Café ou eau c’est pareil ! Pas de yaourt, peu de choix, jus de pomme ayant goût d’eau… Laverie : sale, même pas une chaise pour patienter. Cet hôtel est juste lamentable : 357$ pour 2 nuits, une honte !
- JHj hSep 9, 20223.0Check in was smooth and quick. The room was quite comfortable and spacious but not what I would describe as luxurious by any means. The bathroom was small. I didn't see an elevator so you would need to carry your luggage upstairs. They do provide complimentary coffee, tea, and water. They have an elaborate setup for breakfast but don't be fooled! Breakfast was just a brown bag containing a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwhich, juice box, and a muffin. Overall, stay was pleasant

Even had one of your "workers" who doesn't understand how customer service works tell me that you can't call me back. If you were serious about your business you'd know how to do a refund that was an error on your front desks fault.
