- CLCharlotte LeydenApr 13, 20261.0Yikes. It was a weird experience. I put my full staff up in rooms here for the weekend during an event because I am a BW member. The hotel staff seemed "dazed and confused" at every interaction. Saturday night a man was arrested & they left 3 dogs barking in his room all night long. Been trying to contact the hotel but they don't even have a voicemail box set up. My requests have been sent in to corporate for refunds for the Saturday night rooms. I have been a Best Western loyalty member for years but we will not use this location again.
- SGSydney GonzalesApr 11, 20263.0The rooms were very clean. A good breakfast for a hotel with plenty of options. I did not get a hot shower either of my nights staying however. Only ever got slightly lukewarm. I mentioned my issue to the front desk and the gal working responded with “oh we only have 1 water heart so you probably showered at the same time as someone else” no apologies or anything… my husband even made a joke of “do we need to fill out a sign up sheet somewhere” as we walked out. Very frustrating as one of my biggest reasons for needing a hotel over the weekend was to have access to a nice shower and I didn’t get that. The rooms were freshly remodeled and clean though!
- JBJana BarnettApr 10, 20262.0Waited at the front desk for 30 minutes for an employee to even check us in.. add to it that the staff member was not friendly after I pointed out the wait time. We get to the room and the ac is making a god awful noise, so not usable, and the drain in the shower is not working. 😶 for being more expensive than the super 8 or days inn I expected better....but i think it may be the opposite.
