Firstly, the most interesting concept of this hotel - the open movie theater and watching from room was closed for the season but I really didn’t mind it. Although would have loved it. Coming to the property - it is out there in nowhere. The views and exceptional from anywhere in this property. The rooms are named after Hollywood stars, their names are inscribed on the floor when you are about to enter the lobby. The room was clean and spacious. No complains. There were few issues - like the hot water was taking time to dispense. But I can ignore that. That’s my personal opinion. The lobby and breakfast area is beautiful as well. The breakfast was really nice. This time being off season for the area wasn’t crowded at all and there were very few guests. The host served us hot cheese omelettes and sausages when we asked him for refill. That was really a grand gesture. 5 star for the service. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this area or the Great Sand Dunes national park.

I stay in a lot of different hotels, and I would say this is one of the cleanest and comfortable rooms I have stayed in always clean and smells clean!!! The staff here is always kind and polite and always wants to help in any way shape or form. I definitely recommend this hotel!!!!!
