For reference, I have been a Hilton Honors member for MANY years and have trusted their quality. The overall condition of this property is very bad . . . bordering on deplorable. While the staff was wonderful, this property is in BAD need of renovations. The elevator was, in a word, disgusting. The flooring in the elevator was poorly installed with significant gaps between the floor and the door and there was a disgusting collection of debris in this gap including some cheerios or fruit loops, not sure which. The small carpet there was heavily soiled and didn't look like it had been cleaned in some time. Maybe it is there to hide an even worse problem underneath. Throughout the stay the elevator contained a wet caution sandwich board that served no purpose as it was clear the floor had not been cleaned in quite some time. The room was just . . . tired. The refrigerator slid out of its cubby hole whenever I opened the door. The bathroom . . . wow . . . toilet paper roll was more than half empty and was unspooled halfway to the bottom of the cabinet. The grout was in dire need of some loving attention. The shower was indecipherable in its operation. I couldn't locate any way to turn it on. When I mentioned this, I was told the instructions were on the back side of the key holder thing (never thought to have to look there . . . ). Once I did learn to operate the shower, the ring on the showerhead screwed off completely as I tried to adjust the spray. The curtain rod was installed far to low for the curtain which draped five inches across the bottom of the tub. This rod was also listing downward (but not enough to account for the discrepancy in the curtain length) and felt ready to fall off. As with almost every Hilton property I've stayed in during the past 5 years that sports a pool/jacuzzi/hot tub, these facilities were all closed (for maintenance). The side entrance would not accept my room key for entrance. The breakfast was terrible, particularly the suspicious meat that was labelled "sausage". I travel extensively for my work and this may very well be my last stay in a Hilton property as they appear to either not give a rip about maintenance anymore or perhaps heading down a bankruptcy spiral. Guess I'll try Marriot properties and see if they are any better. This was truly disappointing.

We had an outstanding stay at the Hampton Inn Loveland. The service was truly amazing from start to finish. With over 300 wrestling families, coaches, and wrestlers in town for a tournament, the staff handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, and a great attitude.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well kept. Morning breakfast was even better than expected, especially considering the volume of guests. Everything was well stocked, organized, and served with a smile.
You could tell the staff genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience, even during a very busy weekend. We would absolutely give this stay a 10 out of 10, highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be staying here again for future tournaments.

Would not recommend. Front desk staff was rude and unaccomidating! Booked thru a booking site, showed my reservation and was told that didn't matter.
