I had an issue that was handled poorly. Housekeeping left my door open (not latched/locked) after servicing my room. Luckily nothing was stolen but the room was unlocked for several hours before I returned. I immediately called the front desk and they checked to make sure that no other keys had been issued and said they would notify the onsite manager to address the issue the next day. The manager and maintenance checked the door to make sure it was functioning correctly (it was), and left me a voicemail letting me know that they’d looked into it. I checked out the following day and spoke with the manager on my way out, he reiterated that they’d looked into the issue and the door was functioning correctly. He never apologized and didn’t offer any recompense. For a business in the hospitality industry, it’s surprising that they didn’t apologize (at the very least) or offer anything to make up for their mistake (a goodie bag or coupon to use at their snack bar or dinner service).

It’s an above average embassy suites for sure. The hotel building and facilities are all relatively new and well maintained. Location is also central to the area.

Nice Embassy suites! However, the breakfast was subpar and the short order cook was rude. My only other complaint is that housekeeping did come clean the room each day, however on the second day didn't make the bed for some reason, so that was disappointing.

Stayed one night for the 250th Marine Corps Ball. Great location, nice property & good breakfast. All the staff were fantastic and the night manager went out of his way to check on us while we were visiting in the atrium area after the ball.

Great venue for smaller conference that doesn't require large exhibit floor and large general session room. Can accomdate either one well just not both at the same time.
