What could have been a stressful, draining moment became one of the best interactions I’ve had at a hotel front desk. Her warmth, patience, and genuine care lifted my spirits instantly. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people, and that kind of attitude is rare. I’m in and out of a different hotel daily 6 - 9mo out of the yr. Heather is hands down the sweetest and most kind-spirited employee I’ve encountered. Her willingness to help and her positive presence made a real impact on me after a long day. Employees like Heather are the reason guests remember a property—and keep coming back. Management should be incredibly proud to have her. She’s a true gem.
