- CAColson Aho5 days ago1.0When we got to the hotel it was very nice on the inside but when we got checked in and settled my kids were playing and not being loud and the front desk was very rude and were very cranky and did not want to help us and the manger was very rude. The customer service here sucks and the employees are acting like they don’t want to be here. the rooms were decent. But, they gave us a spot for the kids to play and then the lady that gave us the spot to play she came over and was very disrespectful and rude. the food was disgusting the waffles were the worst part of it all the elevator are the worst the don’t work i am never staying here again

It's just a little dated feeling as a hotel decoration from maybe 10 years ago. The breakfast wasn't bad for a hotel. Location is just a few miles off the highway.

But what really made a difference and set a fantastic tone to my day, was the service I received by Vinnie. He was so attentive to my needs, refilled my juice without hesitation, worked so hard, and the smile shared was contagious. Thank you, Vinnie, for your positive impact on my stay this weekend.
