  Let me start this off by saying that Jacob who was working this evening is absolutely amazing. We called after failing to set up reservations for our route, we tried three other hotels. One had no rooms for my large family, another was severely questionable for safety. I called this location, and Jacob got us set up eith two rooms, a roll away bed(which i was convinced didn't exist anymore) and helped us get sorted at the last minute. He was kind, courteous, and went well above and beyond.

  Made a reservation, got in a little late last night, room was clean, front desk person at night as well in the morning were great. We appreciate you letting us bunk there for the night, would come back!

  I continously travel for work, staying in California, New York, Florida and everywhere in between. I can 100% say this place is outstanding. Location: absolutely perfect. 2 minutes and you're on the highway. Tons of food choices from fast food to fine dining. The Boot Grill is amazing. Kong Sooper or Walmart literally within 12 minutes. Rooms: Clean. Spacious. Nice layout. Full fridge. Comfy beds. Clean bathrooms with amazing showers. 2 stove top burners. Dishwasher. For someone like me that stays weeks, if not months in a location for work, they really made it feel enough like home. Service: man oh man, what a fantastic group of people. When you stay some where long enough, you really get to know the people working there. From the moment I checked in, Amanda was awesome. Her customer service skills are outstanding. From Harry, to Roy, to Winston and Elaina, Donald and Felicia, their front desk service was primo. Even understaffed on days, they went above and beyond for me. Management must do an amazing job during the interview process, they found and assembled and amazing staff. Extras: Their grill is legit. Clean beautiful grill area that may be my favorite place to drink a cup of coffee and look at the sunrise over the mountains. Free laundry room. Doesnt get better than that. Free coffee. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone coming to the Loveland area. Literally, my only complaint would be their entertainment services. Who doesn't wish hotel wifi was faster, or maybe make hard lines accessible throw their lv jack. Or maybe put a service on the TV that allows guest to stream their apps. 41 channels at 2am, theres nothing on lol. 10 out of 10, a wonderful place to stay.
