  Just not a great time, I know every hotel does their auditing at a different time, I am a very understanding person I had called at about 2330 and she was still gonna charge me for that day which is understandable she had not done her audit yet okay i said I would call back in an hour or two or just be by .My dad was in the hospital i wasn't gonna be there until two a m anyways that was plenty of time i thought........ when I got there, she was gonna charge for all days ........ she said she hadn't even started the audit.... like I said, very understanding person, but when it's two in the morning, and I just need a bed and not to be charged out the butt, you're next to a hospital. People are coming in all the time. Try and have your audit done in a timely manner. For your guests, I will never be back there again when to another place near by and they got the audit done within five minutes, so they could help me and get me to bed immediately, helping not just trying to charge me and not helping me .....

  At this location the breakfast is more than a continental breakfast they actually had prepared food. Scrambled eggs bacon sausage. Of course the wonderful waffle maker. A yogurt machine and all the fixins. Was pleasantly surprised and the girls that prepared all are really wonderfully nice.

  Posting as a heads up for other travelers - this Best Western Plus comes across as a hotel, but is actually more of a motel (exterior hallways). I felt it was false advertising and would've liked to know what I was paying for before committing. It's a decent stay - clean enough, comfortable beds, nice enough breakfast. BUT it is not very clear that half of this place has exterior rooms with an unusual ramp hallway that is slick and hard to navigate. I was put in an exterior room though nothing in my reservation disclosed I had agreed to an outside door. I am a small woman traveling with a 13 year old daughter, and unfortunately had a family member that was assaulted and beat up in a motel with exterior entry (so I avoid them). My "security lock" had been pulled out of the wall previously and screwed right back into the cracked and ruined door casing. I did not feel safe. The hotel refused to honor my reservation and move me inside because they said their interior rooms were full; then said they'd move me the second night only to give away the room to someone else. They did ultimately move me the third night, which felt better, but their interior halls are actually just enclosed exterior hallways and are not protected by key card access, so again, not super safe for those traveling alone (but admittedly felt better and were flat). If I'd wanted a motel, I could get one for half the price. And for the same price, should've chosen a different option nearby

  I really like this place Loveland Gem the Kennedy suite has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with an long entry way, in-room steam room, Jacuzzi Tub, a full kitchen fully equipped, in room office area. The front staff Amanda was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about customer service. I got frustrated with a problem that was beyond her control and she de-escalated me without me even realizing.. anywho I’ll be back!!
