- LHLevi Hudson3 days ago5.0Came to this hotel in a rush, after having a bad experience at a neighboring hotel. John got me a room at a very fair price, and was helpful during the whole process. Stayed for a couple days, and following this late night check-in, the next evening, I met with Winston. I needed some items from the store, and had some questions. In both cases, he was very helpful. Cannot applaud the customer service here more, and while I did not meet the whole staff, John and Winston were great! Above this, rooms were clean and stocked. Overall, highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel in the Windsor area!

They were super friendly, easy to talk to, and just had great energy every time I saw them. You can tell they actually care about people, and it honestly made my day better. I’d definitely come back because of them.
