  The staff was so nice and breakfast was great. The only negative was the location. It was a little frustrating because you can only exit out of the hotel entrance by taking a right, and it's a half a mile to get to the U turn (having to cross the interstate) to go left. In high traffic times you can sit at that light quite a while before you are able to make the left turn.

  I stayed in Room 130 from March 23 through April 3, ten days, during a family crisis following the sudden death of my sister-in-law. I chose this property because it was the closest pet-friendly option to my family in Milliken. The front desk staff were genuinely kind and went out of their way to be helpful. That kindness made a very hard time a little more bearable, and I want to acknowledge it. The room itself was worn and showed clear damage from previous pets that had not been addressed. Over ten days, my room was rarely cleaned and was never fully restocked. I ran out of toilet paper and basic bathroom supplies and had to ask. I did not complain because I was trying to be accommodating as a long-term guest. When I reached out to management to ask a simple question about extending my stay in the same room, I spent three days receiving contradictory, evasive responses. The front desk told me the arrangement could be made. Management told me it could not, without ever giving me a direct answer. By the time I had clarity, I had lost three days I needed to find alternative accommodations while caring for my brother’s three young daughters. The gap between the warmth of the front desk staff and the communication from management was significant. I would not return, and I would not recommend this property to anyone navigating a difficult situation who needs direct, reliable communication.

  Looks to be recently remodeled. Very nice and clean hotel located conveniently by most of the medical centers. Good restaurant and bar in the hotel as well. Food was good and beer was cold.

  Just not a great time, I know every hotel does their auditing at a different time, I am a very understanding person I had called at about 2330 and she was still gonna charge me for that day which is understandable she had not done her audit yet okay i said I would call back in an hour or two or just be by .My dad was in the hospital i wasn't gonna be there until two a m anyways that was plenty of time i thought........ when I got there, she was gonna charge for all days ........ she said she hadn't even started the audit.... like I said, very understanding person, but when it's two in the morning, and I just need a bed and not to be charged out the butt, you're next to a hospital. People are coming in all the time. Try and have your audit done in a timely manner. For your guests, I will never be back there again when to another place near by and they got the audit done within five minutes, so they could help me and get me to bed immediately, helping not just trying to charge me and not helping me .....
