- SVSue ValentineDec 19, 20255.0every one at the front desk were exceptional people, especially Alexandra. we came into town to meet relatives and our hotel in boulder had canceled our 4 room, 3 night stay because of a power outage. i called this best western and Alexandra immediately booked 4 rooms for me and said she would take our info when we got there. when we got there she was quick and efficient and very sweet to us on a very stressful night. Everyone else at the front desk were equally nice and helpful and I'm certain would have helped us in the same manner as it seems the standards at the property are first rate. This property has a wonderful welcoming breakfast space that is also a gathering space where our family gathered nightly to play games and visit. We saw a couple of other families doing the same at other times.

My family and I were treated as if we were family by ALL of the staff there, best customer service we've had at any hotel and we've stayed at very high end hotels. super clean, and great breakfast.11/10 do recommend!!
