The slide pool in the pictures were the main reason we wanted to stay at this location. To our disappointment we booked a 8 day stay and the slide was down the entire time. Yes the pool and hot tub still functioned but Low circulation in the pool area as well so I seemed a little stuffy. The kids did get sick after days of enjoying the pool area, but we cannot be for certain it was from the pool or just the travel. Other than that Matt was a great energy to connect with as the front desk agent, he left a great impression on my family during the stay. Breakfast was good, a variety of option but for extended stays biscuit and gravy is the main course. Rooms are clean and housekeeping staff was friendly. The location offers a variety of options within walking distance to dine, shop, park, nails, movie theater, ect.

Rough Stay on this one. First, the slide that is the whole reason we booked this hotel was broken, out of service. Dissappointing but it happens. We checked in and then once we got to the room the safe did not function and there was no bedding for the pull out. When requested, it was all "in the washer" and none was available.
We then tried the pool where there was a heck of a party going on. The pool was cloudy, and I kid you not, as I'm getting ready to step into the water with my sons I watch a large ball of black hair floating by. In addition there was a group with a Pug dog running around the pool and they were getting hammered like the 4th of July at a Nascar event. Straight pulls of vodka as they are walking around screaming around the pool.
Bedding in the room had also clearly not been washed prior to our arrival, visible stains.
I spoke with the front desk employee who was honestly doing his best considering it was spring break and he stated we would received a full refund since we were leaving less than an hour after checking in. Stated he needed his assistant manager the next day to issue the refund. I watch my credit card and low and behold after two days pending it charges.
Reached out to them over the Expedia App and got ghosted. Now I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Do what you wish with this info but I will also say this is the first time I have ever not finished a stay at a hotel and I booked one on Fremont Street in Vegas for $89 a night once in my youth.

Our choice to stay at this hotel was largely driven by the water slides. However, upon arrival, we discovered that they were not operational. We were not informed of this in advance, which was unfortunate given the distance we traveled. Had we been aware, we would have considered alternative options in Denver. The closure was only brought to our attention when we entered the pool. Another guest informed us that they had been contacted and offered alternative accommodations, which we were not. Given the substantial cost of over $300, we are disappointed that we were not provided with the same options. We will not be returning.

Could not believe the hotel was as cheap as it was for what you get; centrally located, breakfast, WiFi, great staff, pool with a waterslide for the kids. It was affordable, peaceful and mainly SO CONVENIENT ~2-5 miles from everything we wanted to see in Longmont and only a short trip to Boulder or Denver, we never felt like we were way out of the way of anything that we wanted to do. I don’t have the words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay. The staff were kind, the man who checked us in, Matt, gave us great restaurant recommendations and everyone was incredibly responsive to any requests during our 5 night stay. You can basically watch the sunset over the mountains from the parking lot, a ton of great restaurants within walking distance and even more that will deliver to your room door. My only gripes were the elevator was a bit scary the first time we used it (it will open just give it a second) as it is definitely older, and (my own fault) we GPSd our way to the other Holiday Inn Express in Longmont more than once haha. I travel often worldwide and I rarely write reviews, even rarer for me to feel compelled to write a strictly positive review but I HIGHLY recommend this hotel, even for our family of 5 in one room, it was a comfortable, spacious and leisurely stay. And the price tag of our trip could’ve been SO much higher for less amenities if we hadn’t decided to give this one a try.
A nightmare from beginning to end. The pool was filthy and the cherry on top was the teenagers harassing us all night. We had two rooms and we ended up having to pack up our 10 month old, 2.5 year old, and 3 older children at THREE in the morning. Front desk staff were notified countless times, police called, and all the staff could say was they weren't sure where the parents or guardians were and they recommended we just ignore it. We tried, desperately, to ignore it. They woke us all night long. Banging, calling our phone, pounding on door, stomping outside our room. The manager has never called us to discuss what happened, no one has apologized. No refund. Nothing. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service from the staff at this location.
Edited in response :
Bree, you did NOT make multiple attempts to call. We were promised Friday night, that a manager would call us as soon as possible.
You only called today (3/11) after seeing my review. If you mean multiple attempts were made by US, you'd be correct. We called Sunday (you're not available on weekends) Monday, Tuesday, and then again today. Every single time we were told you'd call us back, you did not. No one tried contacting us. No one explained how this was allowed to happen or why they weren't removed that night. Or why WE were expected to leave with FIVE children.
We tried to be patient, however it's now been five days since the incident. This was handled horribly.
