We came specifically for the pool to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday. He absolutely loved it!! He must have went down the big slide at least 50 times. The big slide was definitely our families favorite! The jets in the hot tub were strong and I liked that they were on constantly and you didn’t have to get out to keep restarting them like most hotels. Our 2 king suite was wonderful for our large family & 2 dogs. I liked how the rooms were separate with doors and then we had a kitchen area where the kids could play. I also liked how the coffee/hot water machines are available 24/7 so you can make a fresh cup whenever you liked. Breakfast was good & the pancake maker was a hit with our toddlers. Service was also wonderful. They brought goggles someone had left behind for our kids to enjoy in the pool. They were helpful is trying to locate a lost pair of keys (that we found in a bag when we made it home 😝). They also allowed my mom into the room a little early so she could decorate it for my son’s birthday before we arrived. Overall, we loved it & will definitely be back!

When we first showed up it was good everything seemed very nice. We got into our room and in the tub there was a big we didn’t know what it was but we simply killed it. Next morning there was a COCKROACH that came out of our bathroom!! This particular one had an egg sack on her back so it really concerned me. I’m assuming the bug we didn’t know what it was, was a roach as well. We also found one eating some dog food. (Which we didn’t have a dog with us, maybe last people who stayed did?) When I came up front to report I rang the bell 5 times and my husband called the front no one answered for 30 minutes and phone kept ringing. Was told sorry and she told me when she stayed there she had a roach in her room as well. They apparently don’t have maintenance on Sundays so no way to get it right he now. Not offered a refund or discount price. I am just discussed and I feel like they are everywhere

BEWARE! II reserved a room with 2beds,bottom floor.imy elderly handycap father myself. When I get there after driving 14hrs I'm on the top floor one bed.i need 2 beds. I said I needed two beds. Not once did I get offered a roll away or something to sleep on. They refused to give me my $ back. I tried to get a room at a sister hotel across town but I would have to pay an additional 600. That would be 1200 in all. So I slept on the floor I had to ask the night crew for additional blanket for the floor. Nice. I was not happy. We drove from Dallas to see my father's dieing brother. We'll I get to sleep one more nite on the floor before we head back in the morning. I travel here to see family. This will be the last time I ever stay at this hotel. 300 + 300deposit that I get back hopefully.

Oh my gosh...where do I begin? If you're looking for an incredible hotel, this is it! We begin this mini visit to see daughter and son in law for 3 days. I bring gramy with (my 90 yr old extremely spry mother). Girl, she will lap you around a football field. NO LIE. Connor is here to check us in. Extremely professional and engaging! 5 stars! It gets better! Our rooms are across the hall (very important in the event 90 yr old spry mom needs to help her 67 yr old not spry daughter). Beds are super super comfy. Pillows galore! We both agree this is one of the cleanest hotels we've been in and we say so to Rosa, head housekeeper. Peyton and Katie round out the front desk for extraordinary service and makes this hotel the GO TO when visiting Boulder. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. As a diabetic, there were so many options (low sugar yogurt, hard boiled eggs, sugar free syrup for pancakes), it was fantastic! Where do I end? I don't! I'll be back. As this is perfection from beginning to end!

Pros: Rooms are clean and spacious. Fridge, microwave, ac/heating unit. Beds are super SUPER soft. Not so great if you prefer sleeping on a rock instead of a cloud. Breakfast is decent as far as budget friendly hotel food goes. Water slide is awesome! Cons: checkout is 11. Members can request late checkout til 12. 40$ an hour after that. Not much of a contender with Marriott where checkout is noon and members can request late checkout up to 4 pm at no cost depending on their member level. Housekeeping comes banging on doors around 9 am regardless of DND hanger on, waking up napping babies, sleeper inners, etc. Blackout "curtain" is basically a projector screen which is cool if u have a projector. Also would work well if there were actual curtains to pull in front of it. But as it is there are big gaps on the edges allowing a lot of light in, defeating their purpose entirely. Staff is kinda rude.
