- PSPR by Shay SchmittFeb 22, 20264.0I would give it 5 stars but our only complaint was the entire hotel was practically in a volcano. We kept our window open all night and it still didn't cool down. We stayed here in February. It was cold the day we came in and insanely hot in the lobby and our room. No matter what we did it felt like 90° at all times. The breakfast was good. Pretty basic. Pool smelled strong of sulfur but in all honesty not terrible. The pool was warm and the hot tub was nice. We enjoyed the staff all were friendly and helpful even when our cards didn't work one day. She did mention we were marked as a no show but she would look into it. Seems to be fine but will update if something comes up. It is in a beautiful location and the room was clean. We had a king room with plenty of space for our anniversary getaway. I do hope they figure out why their heating system was overworking because it didn't lead to some restless sleep.

Waffle machine was never set up. Had no milk one morning. Desk help didn't know how to get breakfast going so if you needed to eat and go all you had were muffins or bagels.

Edith at the front desk was super friendly and a walk-in reservation was super quick. Dina the GM made sure her staff was giving amazing service. We will be back!!
