A grocery store, gas station and other stores and restaurants in walking distance. The only complaint was that we were given our room number and when we tried to enter said room a man opened the door. Understandably upset, he stated that the same thing had happened to him the night before. When we went back to the desk the attendant didn't seem to know what was going on and it took a bit to get another room. Once settled, all was well.

- XXXavierOct 24, 20251.0Checked in other day with my daughter front desk agent was outside smoking with no return sign at desk I waited in lobby for 10 minutes to be serviced she looked extremely HIGH red eyes and a slow speech when she got back to desk.To top it off I complained to management and she gave me a non chalant look like she was bothered to be speaking to anyone at the hotel. IHG is a great brand but this property is probably the worse one in Denver Littleton area that I have visited very unprofessional and they obviously don't drug test and it shows I wouldn't recommend this property at all.
