The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were on the smaller side, almost feeling cramped with the amount of furniture in the rooms. The thermostat seemed to want to do whatever it wanted, even when adjusted. My key card needed to be reset several times, even though it wasn't near anything that could have messed with it. We got bumped rooms, as they were remodeling the entirety of the second floor, and when in the New room the shower ran black for a couple minutes before clearing out whatever was in the line. The beds seemed a bit too firm, but the bedding was changed daily.
The breakfasts were alright. The main menu changed daily and the sides were kept the same.
Overall not a bad stay, just some oddities and observations.

I cannot express enough how appreciative I am of this motel. I left my backpack in our room after a night’s stay. Melissa and company went above and beyond to return it to me intact without letting me pay postage. Thank you! Thank you!

Rooms were clean, the morning crew(manager) wasn't very pleasant and called me a liar when I said I had trouble with the wifi...the night manager was pleasant though..

I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns for 10 years and definitely the worst experience ever. They said our $50 per fee for our 15 lb laid back dog was refundable. I called 3x after we left and was told it had been processed. Today called and they said it was non-refundable so they were dishonest the entire time even untruthful because they said it had been processed so we’d receive it. Disappointed not about $50 but that they would be so dishonest not just when we checked in but on all 3 phone calls. Definitely going to get in touch with Holiday Inns main office to share our experience.
