During my stay they clean the room when they feel like it, (every 3 or 4 days), this show that the hotel don’t care so much about cleaning the rooms…. I struggle to have my room clean everyday, need to complain a lot of times. They should put more care when cleaning the bathroom and the room as general, was possible to see that in some places they don’t clean the floor. I was paying to have the room clean and I need to make my bed to sleep…. The only good about my stay was the bed that as provide me a good sleep.

I've stayed in many HI Express, am an IHG rewards member, and this one near the bottom. Room 217. The highlight of the stay was Oscar's Restaurant across the road.
