    The check in experience was great. The gentleman checking us in was very polite and helpful and so was the woman who checked us out. The room was nice, clean and ready for us. My only complaint is that there are no coffee makers in any of the rooms. They have a coffee machine in the lobby that is available 24 hours a day. But for many of us we need or want that 1st cup of coffee quickly (and don’t want to get ready to go to the lobby for coffee). Otherwise, everything was fine. Breakfast ended a bit early also.

    Staying at a Best Western is always a gamble- because they are independently owned some are horrible. BUT this one is fresh and nice, very clean. They have 1 Turnon Green EV charger, which was great to wake up at 100% on a road trip. Front desk (guy with longer red hair and woman with platinum blonde short hair) were both very courteous. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and hope the owner and employees who keep it nice know they are doing a good job.

    Great stay! Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a surprisingly really nice stay! Stayed on the 3rd floor and the room was great, almost felt like it recently had been renovated based on the updates. Also I am really sensitive to smells and I get a bit nervous staying at hotels, but no smoke or heavy cleaning smells in our room or in the hotel. So refreshing! Great place to stay, and great value!

    If you are traveling and looking for a room, you can’t book a room until 3pm. So if you’re stranded. They don’t care. So say you arrive at 12:46 am. You can’t stay a full 24 hours. You gotta check out at 11am. Rip off. Already filed with the BBB. That’s literally stealing money.
