Pros: Nice property, plenty of food at breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, bathroom has a vent fan!!, great value for the cost ($87 all in, last minute 'heads in beds' rate). Cons: Basic BW standard. Bed was 'Denver Mattress $500 non pillow-top standard' - good for the night, but wasn't my best nights sleep. Bathroom exhaust fan has light in it - so couldn't be used as 'white noise' to sleep to and HVAC had no 'fan only' option. We usually stay at HIE or StayBridge, but saw this rate and had stayed here about 10 years ago. Still a nice property and would stay again, especially since it was $40- cheaper than the HIE next door (plus $25 pet fee). No issues with our stay beyond bed comfort and being 'to quiet' but YMMV. After all, you get what you pay for! Note: Could use more task lights and TMO cell coverage inside the building was B-A-D. I didn't try their wifi.

The check in experience was great. The gentleman checking us in was very polite and helpful and so was the woman who checked us out. The room was nice, clean and ready for us. My only complaint is that there are no coffee makers in any of the rooms. They have a coffee machine in the lobby that is available 24 hours a day. But for many of us we need or want that 1st cup of coffee quickly (and don’t want to get ready to go to the lobby for coffee). Otherwise, everything was fine. Breakfast ended a bit early also.

Staying at a Best Western is always a gamble- because they are independently owned some are horrible. BUT this one is fresh and nice, very clean. They have 1 Turnon Green EV charger, which was great to wake up at 100% on a road trip. Front desk (guy with longer red hair and woman with platinum blonde short hair) were both very courteous. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and hope the owner and employees who keep it nice know they are doing a good job.
