    I used to stay here regularly when visiting the area for work. After my last visit I have been appalled at the abhorrent treatment and lack of hospitality for loyal customers. I've never once experienced such awful and inflexible treatment from hotel staff. Without going through every detail, the hotel staff made an error and instead of offering to help to make it right, the hotel doubled down and flipped me the figurative finger. I am still in disbelief at how a company can legally steal so much money (>$500) from customers without batting an eye or having any consequences. It's disgusting and I'd caution anyone considering Homewood Suites to look elsewhere, the management here is unethical. _________EDITED FOR REPLY_________ I believe you are mistaken. The error was on the part of your staff, and you continue to deflect blame and insinuate that I'm not only lying, but that somehow I'm being unreasonable by calling my request for a refund a "tirade". You are making my point for me. Here's the short of it - your staff made an error and cancelled my reservation that I was flying in for. You told Expedia that I was a no-show and did not issue refund. You kept my $513, and only offered a refund of $100. It's an admission of guilt and a slap in the face. I still had to spend $350 at another hotel after y'all kept all of my $513. You took $513 for services that you did not render. That IS stealing, if you want to call a spade a spade. Money went from my account to your hotel and no service was rendered, and you and your staff are at fault. Anything less than a full refund is unethical.

    My wife just checked into this hotel, she said the lobby reeks of pot, the front desk were rude and didn’t want to honor her paid in advance reservation. When they grudgingly handed her a room key, it was with zero information. Do not stay here! My wife and I are done with the Hilton brand. We have both had a series of negative experiences with them not honoring reservations and putting the reservation in the wrong name despite all of the documentation being correct.

    Stayed for 3 weeks, staff was responsive to issues and suggestions for places to eat and visit. Would stay again, if I come back to this area.

    Shout out to Keith Richards working the front desk. My partner and I had just gotten back from a show and Keith went out of his way to make sure our stay was great. We really appreciated the hospitality. The breakfast staff was also great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back for future Red Rock shows!
