They stop putting out food a half hour before breakfast ends, so it effectively ends a half hour early. Broken floor tiles in room, drawers don’t stay shut, tub rusty, faucet handles installed backwards. Pool out of order. Staff is friendly, but it seems management is cutting corners.

We had to separate reservations with different types of rooms and they where able to let us stay in the same room. That was so nice of them we appreciated it. As well as Erick working in the breakfast area. The breakfast lobby was always clean and well stocked. He would handout candy to the kids, that was very nice felt like I was at home. All employees were very nice even just running into them in the hallway. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you all so much, Happy Holidays!!

At check in Ms. Lauren was so polite and pleasant.The Manager (Mr. Keith) was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to rectify a problem we had. Breakfast was good but even better with the small talk & laughter of (Mr. Eric)! Oh last but not least, we really enjoyed talking to (Ms. Wilma)! We can't wait to visit Colorado again to see you all!
