She made me feel singled out and embarrassed me in front of everyone in the lobby! And then after checking out, it has become a constant headache to get my deposit back! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this property, especially having stayed at quite a few Holiday Inns across the country. The lobby is beautiful and gives off a higher-end feel the moment you walk in. The elevators appear to be brand new—fast, smooth, and easy to use. My room was very comfortable, with a great shower and an overall clean, updated bathroom. For a one-night stay, it checked all the boxes. My only real complaint is the lack of a complimentary continental breakfast. They have a full-service restaurant on-site, which is nice, but breakfast is not included in the stay. Other Holiday Inns I’ve visited with restaurants still provide continental breakfast, so this felt like a miss. That said, it’s the only downside worth mentioning. Overall, this was a great stay—clean room, friendly staff, excellent location, and a really impressive lobby. I would absolutely stay here again.
