Complimentary breakfast was not provided due to a discounted rate using my IHG rewards points (charged additional 50.00 for breakfast) Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for 20 minutes with no explanation apology or evacuation. Was charged 2.00 for a replacement toothbrush, which was my fault for forgetting, but first time I’d ever been charged for a normally complimentary toiletry item at most IHG hotels. This was also the only time that I’ve ever had an issue with the mattress at holiday inn. Lumpy and very uncomfortable. I stay exclusively at IHG hotels several times a month for business, this was the first time I’ve ever left a negative review in the last 10 years. I will not be staying at this location again.

She made me feel singled out and embarrassed me in front of everyone in the lobby! And then after checking out, it has become a constant headache to get my deposit back! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY!!
