When we arrived, the front desk worker was short with us and was not friendly at all. We then went to our room. Upon opening the door, we were hit with a musty odor and smell of urine. I always check the bed over for signs of bedbugs in any hotel we stay in. During this process, I saw small stains and tears on the bedding, and then I saw the mattress — also stained. The sofa in the room is also disgusting, and the bathroom sink was cracked. We immediately checked out and left. The front desk worker said we would be refunded. Hopefully so.
