    Hotel rooms are nice, feels like they've been renovated in the recent past. Vent fan in the bathroom, water heats up fast. Hot breakfast that was actually quite good. Did not interact with staff too much but they all seemed friendly.

    We came up for a state training and multiple people found bed bugs in their rooms. When this was addressed with the hotel they try to brush it off like it was nothing. 2 people got bit so bad they even were bleeding we wasted a whole day doing laundry and disinfecting all our stuff. The hotel did not want to take no accountability and unfortunately due to them not taking it seriously it will continue to spread very sad

    I booked this room on Expedia so we could attend the Bronco game on October 26th. I called twice to confirm early check-in, as we have dogs and needed to drop them off before the game started at 2:25 p.m. Like I said, I called Friday the 24th and Saturday the 25th. The agents I spoke to stated early check-in would not be an issue and that they would make a note of it on my reservation. However, upon arrival, Nora at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. After informing her of our early check-in, she denied seeing the information on my reservation. After informing her early check-in was a necessity so we could make it to the game on time, she repeatedly stated, "Check-in is at 3 p.m." It was only until I showed her the call log on my phone to prove I had contacted the hotel twice to inform them of our early check-in that she looked deeper into the reservation and saw a note about early check-in. However, even then did she not offer us a room. She insisted there were no rooms available at that time. It was only when I informed her that I have pets I need to secure in the room before attending the game that suddenly a room became available. This is probably one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. From the beginning, Nora was rude and stern about not accommodating our needs. Luckily, we still enjoyed the Bronco game despite being treated so poorly.

    Location was excellent. Rooms were meh, but construction was ongoing, so I suspect the dated decor in the rooms will be replaced. Was clean and functional for me needs.
