    I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was well-kept and comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The staff was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. The hotel had a quiet and relaxing environment. I would consider coming back again.

    We have been staying here for years. It's been a while since our last visit. It's not the same at all, the pool and hot tub had tiles and now have been painted over and it was so slippery, I almost fell into the hot tub, the pool was so dirty I didn't want my son to swim in it, the pool used to be heated that was one of the main reasons we brought the kids here. The pool was cold, the paint job in the pool was not done good. The beds were hard and pillows were flat. Blankets were so thin and looked very old. The carpet was new, it was nice they painted and put new floors in the rooms, but we came here all the time for the pool and was just very disappointed. Time to look for a new place to take the kids.

    Have stayed here in the past. Won’t ever stay here again. Booked through Priceline paid for the weekend. Brought my dogs. They kicked me out and wouldn’t refund me anything and charged my card 300 extra because I had my dogs the dogs didn’t mess anything up and when I booked I put I had dogs. The guy behind the counter very rude and acted like he didn’t speak English just said his manager would get back with me when I ask. Then he said there’s dogs on that side of the hotel. Like i picked my room. Not my fault

    Service here is awful. They hit my card with charges 4 days after my check out. They were claiming that it was because of our dog byt she is a Service Animal. Then they said it was because of early check in. Yet I was informed that they would be taking that out of the deposit. The language barrier DOESN'T HELP MUCH EITHER.

    My mother and I arrived 4/09/26.. We wanted to be on the second floor but there was no elevators. We were put in a room on the first floor that smell like smoke, pet hair on the floor, dirty. I went to take a shower in the morning, the shower knob fell off. No shower. The room next door was loud. You can hear right through the walls . My mother and I did not sleep it was a horrible experience the hotel looks nothing like it does in the pictures. The pool was unavailable location was okay, but the hotel is gross and nothing like the picture. I had booked it for two nights and we had an emergency and left at 6:00 a.m. the next day I was very disappointed that I did tell the front clerk. He wouldn't give my money back for leaving a day early. 4/10/2026. I feel like they just stole my money and didn't care about my emergency. I do not recommend staying here at all. Don't let there pictures believe it looks good like that. $225 down the drain. I have pictures. Wish i could post. Mary Aragon
