  Saturday 02.20.26 Pleasantly surprised at how nice this property is. Rosie was super friendly when checking in and very accommodating. The hospitality and genuine kindness was much appreciated. My room was clean, spacious and had everything a traveler would need—hair dryer, iron and ironing board, closet w hangers, large desk with rolling chair for sitting and doing paperwork , large dresser, cabinets in little kitchenette area, microwave, nice size fridge, Keuring, loved the extra shelf and cabinet space with lighting in that area. The lobby, reception & dining areas very nice and spacious. Love that there is laundry facilities on three out of four floors. Complimentary business center with two large screened desktops, printers, fax & copying. Dining area has complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. There is also a small sundry/store to purchase items. The front desk had available upon request complimentary toiletries (i.e., disposable razor, shower cap, etc). This is a very nice, quaint property in a small town off I76 about 40 miles NE of Denver. Surprised at how quiet it is. As an OTR trucker who needed a break from the truck—a clean, comfortable, friendly room was very much appreciated. Thank you and keep up the good work! Did want to take a minute to call out the Karen and Darren…. To the gentleman (Brian) taking the time to complain about “truck” noise—the property is off the main highway and a huge yellow sign “Love’s TRUCK STOP” perhaps you should have planned better. Without “truckers” America would crumble. Literally. Your lack of planning is nobody's fault but your own. I haven’t heard one bit of traffic noise. You seem really upset about a “$3” charge you weren’t aware of upon booking? Seriously? Wow. Petty much? To the lady (Tara) that feels it necessary to gripe about being a “Diamond member” SO THIRSTY… didn’t get her bottled water and wahwahwah her kids had to walk to the truck stop. Do you honestly realize how ridiculously petty you are? You didn’t bring water for your kids? Did you bother to ASK for your “bottle of water” upon check in? I mean, obviously that’s an expectation for you so why not ASK?! Seriously. How sad. As a Mother, how do you not have water while traveling with kids ? Your kids were “so thirsty “ but you waited to check in to give them water and then gripe in your review because your sense of entitlement failed you? For shame. Just wow. People like you are seriously sad. Some people could win the lottery and gripe because they have to go pick up the check. Best Western Hudson you’re awesome! #KeepOnTruckN 🤙🏼 UPDATE Breakfast wasn’t bad, what you would expect, nothing spectacular. Couple suggestions. SO FREAKING ANNOYING when house keeping POUNDS on the freaking door almost two hours BEFORE check out. You respond to their obnoxious intrusion and they continue to knock loudly and not even say a word. I get it. But this is NOT okay. Yes. DND sign on outside of door. #2. This is with all hotels.housekeeping REALLY needs to pull the beds out from the walls and CLEAN. 🤢. ✌🏼😇

  The room was amazing! Everything was nice and clean. However the real reason im writing this review is because of how amazing Krista at the front desk has been! So kind, so friendly, and helped me out when I left something behind in the room and I live 7 hours away! Great great great customer service that alone gets 5 stars

  Everything was fine, two reasons for the 4 star. One is the sneaky $3 a night fee they put on the bill for "hotel service". Basically a trick to raise rates $3 but without it showing up when you book. I hate that trick. Second was the hotel faces a very busy road with constant truckers using engine brakes. So its loud in the road all day and night.

  We stopped to spend the night as we were driving home from Denver for a family emergency. The front desk was disorganized. As diamond members, we were not offered water upon check in, we had to purchase some from a gas station near by as our kids were thirsty and it was late.
