- CCClaireJan 5, 20262.0Overall understaffed. We were checked in 1.5 hours after our previously said time of 3:00PM. Upon arriving to the room, the shower walls and floor had hair on them. As well as, the sink having hair and stains on both the bowl and faucet. We went down for dinner and ordered a salad but they did not have the ingredients to make it. Instead, we got a burger which took over an hour to arrive. Thus, dinner took over 2.5 hours. The hummus was good with fresh vegetables. There was only one guy working the bar and it seemed like he was working 4 jobs at the same time: bussing, cooking, bartending, and checking. He stayed pleasant the whole time while addressing the angry people
