This hotel is in a great location, near restaurants and shopping. Not far from the airport either, and close to Colorado National Monument. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were great. Definitely recommend.

They didn't know what government rate was. I got sent to a call center from there who called their front desk directly, then got back to me to say NO one knew what government rate was and asked that I pay full and hope to get the lower rate later. This was the tipping point for me for staying at a Hilton-owned ever again. They offered to fix the prior mess from Doubletree as they created numerous accounts for the rewards program but sent me to someone trying to sell stays in Hawaii for extra points that I can't (and wouldn't) use. I still have two accounts, one of which I can't access so I lost a day worth of rewards. I've not stayed at a Home2 before, couldn't this time, and wouldn't even try again. My employer has a contract here and they seemed to know nothing about it while calling each other back and forth. Highly frustrating.
