This bear has special meaning as it travels on all my business trips and gets into silly adventures that are photographed and then shared with my daughter when I get back home. So I call the hotel, was placed on hold and then I got the news that the bear is there and safe! I highly recommend Home2 for their great customer service that includes a wonderful breakfast, a clean environment, the best fresh green apples and a team of employees that care about the customers experience at the hotel.
