    Stayed here for business and these people made everything hard as it had to be. They’re not knowledgeable and very hard to work with. They’re charging quite a bit of money to treat dimond members so poor. I won’t be back. I stay at the double tree normally and wanted to try your hotel. But We are going back to the double tree from here on out.

    Was just completely discriminated against by the lady at the front desk I have changed quite a bit from my id I now present fem and I was turned away because of that, actually disgusting your front desk people are not trained to determine wether someone looks like their id or not it's purely up to them so I can say your front desk person ashley needs to be checked on that immediately ruined my night completely

    Worthless Hotel! Apparently they have a new policy if you live in the geographical area this hotel services you can’t stay there. Booked the room several days before I needed it and they called me 3 hours before check in to let me know they are canceling my room reservation because I’m considered local. I will make sure when anyone asks me where to stay in Grand Junction, and I have a lot of people ask, this will be the place I tell them to never stay! Hilton should remove their name from this location! What a disgrace to the great Hilton name this place is!

    What a WONDERFUL stay! We were greeted right away by friendly Ashley who helped us check into our room and gave our dog some love. Room was VERY clean. The whole place is clean! Stay here! You won’t regret it!
