Hard beds , bathroom had vomit, walls thin enough to hear all the 1 am people coming in and having fun 😁.

I have stayed here for many years and always had a good experience. This time I checked in super late and the woman, Chelsea, who greeted me was extremely friendly and welcoming! I asked for the general managers information so I could tell them how great she was and it turned out, she is the general manager! Not often do you see managers filling in and working hours like that! This was the best stay here I’ve had in years and I give that credit to their general manager. The dinner and bar service were also great!

I travel frequently for work, and this was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve experienced. The problems started the moment I arrived. Check-in took more than 30 minutes, and it seemed like only one employee was on duty to handle everything. Every time I passed the front desk throughout my stay, there was a line. Even grabbing a quick snack from the lobby meant waiting behind multiple guests checking in. Once I finally got to my room, the issues continued. My room key stopped working after just one day of a four-day stay. The walls were so thin that I could hear every footstep in the hallway, conversations in neighboring rooms, and semi-trucks from the nearby highway well into the night. The “updated” TV system was another disappointment. It felt like something out of the 1980s. The channel guide was nearly useless, forcing me to scroll through each channel to see what was on. The listings were confusing, showing numbers like “11–1 30,” making it unclear which channel was actually being displayed. Even when I figured it out, the programming rarely matched what was listed. Watching something as simple as Monday Night Football was nearly impossible. To give credit where it’s due, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. But that alone wasn’t enough to make up for the outdated amenities, thin walls, unreliable technology, and consistently slow service. Overall, this hotel has significant room for improvement before it can meet the expectations of today’s travelers.

Beautiful property inside and out! I waited 15 minutes to check in. Called front Desk from Cell phone. A female answered and I told her I had beem waiting to check in. She indicated she would contact Front Desk staff. Another 5 minutes a young lady with long blond hair checked me in No apologize for taking so long. Didn't not thank me for being Platinum member. Didn't ask of I wanted points or amenity. Handed me my room key without a word. Stay at your hotels A LOT! and I don't remember having this level of of disrespect from Front Desk - NOT HAPPY! Restaurant staff (2) were curious and prompt - Happy. Checkout was a little (very) little improvement. Sometimes these folks need reminders they work in the HOSPITALITY business. Everyone has a bad day, but I don't have to be their victim. 😉. This is my second stay and regardless of the unprofessional front Desk experience, I'll stay again.

Never been more at peace with my truck breaking down in the middle of nowhere before than I am here at Holiday Inn!!! The rooms are spacious clean & the customer is top tier!!! The indoor pool & spa are an added bonus that delivers!!! There is a restaurant with a bar plenty of seating reasonably priced meal options & a workout area!!! All the staff have been superb & that restaurant does draw in a nice crowd & these ladies work it do you hear me!!! I do intend to plan a trip & return so I can see more of the area the mountain views are unbelievably amazing!!! I'm from NYC the view was so peaceful they even have an outside patio area so you can just set in front & enjoy the view!!! My room was along the highway side & to be honest only time I heard the highway was when I opened my curtains & cracked my window. The noise level was minimal for example the door next to yours opens or something like that but overall my stay was amazing & I will be back!!! Thank you to all the wonderful staff & making this experience one for the books for me I appreciate it/y'all soOo much!!!!
