The best part of this Hampton Inn is the location, you pretty much don’t have to jump in the car to get around if your plan is just to hang out around the downtown area. Main Street has a bunch of boutiques and eateries, easy and safe to walk around. Customer service was decent, not bad nor great. Being a Silver Member with Hilton the front desk customer service has taken that extra step to make sure my stay is just that much better at other Hilton affiliated hotels (ie. offering complimentary snacks and bottled water). Also I’m not 100% sure where the train tracks were but every evening I would hear a couple of trains go by, not much of a distraction but certain people may find it more annoying.

Beautifully set in old downtown. Great staff. Great rates and beautiful recently remodeled rooms. Bathrooms are clean and spacious especially for my dad who now requires a walker.

We requested points and to stay in room. They wanted us to move our stuff in a room style we didn't request. ⚠️ do not stay here. You can hear the people talk in the room above you like they are in your room. I was in room 218. Walking around above you for hours loud very loud. DO NOT STAY HERE, THE WORST STAY IN YEARS. CHEAP SHEET DUVET! HAMPTON HAUST TO PRIDE THEMSELVES ON A PEACEFUL SLEEP. I CANNOT DECIDE IF THE OLD FLAT UNCHANGED MATTRESS OR THE DUVET YOU ENDUP WITH YOUR FEET ALL WRAPPING UP IN THE SHEET NOT ATTACHED TO THE DUVET, WHICH IS WORSE. EVEN HOLIDAY INN SELECT HAS NICE DUVETS THAT ARE ONE FULL BLANKET. ALSO THEY GAVE A GOLD MEMBER A CONNECTING ROOM AND AFTER SPECIFICALLY PICKING THE KING SUITE WITHOUT THE TUB THEY GAVE US THE TUB. I HAVE COME HERE FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS WITH MY HUSBAND BUT THIS WILL BE THE LAST. NO MORE HAMPTONS IN GRAND JUNCTION FOR US. HILTON HAS LOST IT. MARRIOTT IS FIRST THEY AREN'T EVEN SECOND ANYMORE. IF YOU ARE A TIER MEMBER DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE THEY DO NOT STRIVE TO PLEASE THE HIGHER TIER MEMBERS. The most inconvenient stay. I'm top 10% in Google reviewers look at my other reviews I've given, they are very correct on pros and cons. This hampton is an epic fail
