My only real complaint is I asked about the possibility of a 2 hour late check out and I was barked at by the guest relations lady I spoke with . She told me they already had 5 rooms checking out late and she wasn't going to accept any more so I said nevermind and I waited at the train ststion for 6 hours. Not a huge deal. Julz was very friendly at check in.

after a long day/night of traveling, it was such a relief to get a nice & clean hotel. Its very walkable from train station/restaurants/ car rental place (enterprise). Beds and pillows were comfy and breakfast was good!

Rooms are showing their age. Tub/shower door didn't seal. Other surfaces looking a bit shabby. Location is the only draw, but there are others just adjacent. I use Hampton for the Hilton points, but won't stay here again.

Mold throughout the room. Crappy “remodel” looks awful, like spray paint over a rusty Yugo. Beds are absolutely terrible. The staff put a mattress pad down when we asked for another room and it was still terrible and the manager said all of the rooms have the same mattress. The floor would’ve been more comfortable but it was gross.
Location is okay, breakfast was okay, otherwise this is Motel 6 at Hilton rates PLUS THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING. Lots of better options outside of the Hilton chain in the area even if you’re a Diamond member like me. Would’ve been happier in a tent.
If you’re expecting Hilton quality avoid this one like the plague.
