She told me they already had 5 rooms checking out late and she wasn't going to accept any more so I said nevermind and I waited at the train ststion for 6 hours. Not a huge deal. Julz was very friendly at check in.

The staff put a mattress pad down when we asked for another room and it was still terrible and the manager said all of the rooms have the same mattress. The floor would’ve been more comfortable but it was gross. Location is okay, breakfast was okay, otherwise this is Motel 6 at Hilton rates PLUS THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING. Lots of better options outside of the Hilton chain in the area even if you’re a Diamond member like me. Would’ve been happier in a tent. If you’re expecting Hilton quality avoid this one like the plague.
