- KLK LehiDec 19, 20252.0The rooms were very spacious and beautiful they did Not have breakfast or a pool and the beds were comfy. I was Charged for incidentals two different amounts one for 42 and one for 175. I called about why they were different numbers and they said someone charged me incorrectly and it would be back on my card but again there was no money back on my card very disappointed they should know what they are doing especially if we explained why we were staying there. I had two rooms and the guy didnt give me both keys just asked if there was anyone else coming in and I said no because I was unsure about what he was referring to. But when I asked about my other room he stated oh thats why I asked if someone else was coming. I have two rooms why wouldn't he just give me both room keys ? I sure hope i didnt get charged another room stay after I had already paid online for both rooms. The front desk was absolutely no help. And update my bank said if it charges posted my card would be disabled do to unauthorized transactions and its Now disabled thanks to this hotel charging extra charges on my card this card was Only for incidentals hold not a Room stay or More charges since already paid online for both rooms through priceline!

It amounted to quite a lot of money and the staff was very defensive and rude, especially after we told them we had filed a police report. I’ve never been treated so horribly in my life!
