  They are not pet friendly! From their FAQ page: ARE YOU PET-FRIENDLY? Yes, we love our furry friends! We allow dogs up to 100 pounds for a $50 pet fee, up to two pets, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. I understood this to be clarifying the limits on weight and quantity of dogs allowed. But No!! After booking a non- refundable room when moving with a cat from NH to OR I get this message : Good afternoon- I saw your note regarding your cat, and I wanted to let you know that we are specifically a dog friendly hotel. I also see that you prepaid so we won't turn you away when you get here, but the pet fee is typically doubled to $100 with any pet other than a dog. Unfortunately, it is non-negotiable. Typically, we only allow dogs, so allowing any other pet is an exception in of itself They were not helpful in negotiating a price or cancelling my reservation and giving me any refund.

  My stay was very delightful. Darius at the front desk was top tier! The ambiance was amazing! Just prepare to not have a microwave, but they do have a place to eat in the lobby until 10pm. Their customer service is unmatched!

  Absolutely terrible experience. I emergently had to take my son down from copper mountain due to altitude sickness. I got there at 2am with a kid carrying a puke bucket. They gave us a room with hair on the bed and a broken toilet paper holder with hair on the toilet seat. We asked for another room and they gave us a new room at 230am. When we woke up 6 hours later the TV didnt work and a air-conditioning panel was open with a bunch of wires that were exposed. They offered us a THIRD room. My kid had been puking and terribly sick from altitude sickness so we just wanted to have somewhere to sleep that felt like home and they still charged us for our stay absolutely one of my worst experiences with a hotel that looked like it had such good ratings. Would NOT recommend.

  Our 3rd time staying here. It's a great choice for the Denver and Golden area for a better price, or for a concert. Rooms are nice, with Internet TVs. Nice view from the 4th floor, too. Restaurant has some great green chili sauce. I enjoyed nachos, a house wine, and churros when we arrived. All excellent. Huevos Rancheros at breakfast were also good. I'm hoping my leftovers will taste good cold, on my drive back through Kansas, we'll see. It is a Wyndham hotel. So, check out is at 11 and unless you have rewards, late check out costs money. Other than that, a great choice! Location also good with gas, coffee, restaurants, and more within a short block or two. Lots more just a short drive away as well.

  I always try and book this hotel when going to a red rocks show, I went recently and decided to try out the restaurant in the main lobby. We decided to go there for breakfast, food was good however not outstanding. We saw they offered bottomless mimosas, it was just my boyfriend and I. We figured it’s bottomless mimosas so they’d only charge for one “order” instead they charged per person! I would hate to think how expensive the mimosas would be for a larger group of friends. Luckily I brought this up with a very kind lady at the bar and she took one off for us as she even seemed confused as to why we were charged per person. We would not have ordered the “bottomless” mimosas if we knew we’d be charged per person. Nowhere on the menu did it say per person nor were we told by our waiter. Other than that the hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are always clean, will no longer be going to the restaurant in the lobby and will not go to a local brunch spot for brunch and mimosas, but will continue to book rooms there.
