    Not the nicest hotel I have stayed at in IHG chain. When you check in and there are very few cars, I should have known. My biggest concern was that I could not retrieve my hotel bill in my IHG Account. Over 2 hours trying to get a receipt for my expense report. Their phone number does not work. IHG bot is useless. IHG Chat ended 2 times. I called IHG help and they told me the reason I could not see my bill was that it was booked on 3rd party Expedia. I don't even use Expedia. I did stay, but I got no points, no nights, and they can't seem to reach the hotel from Corporate IHG. I will not ever stay here again.

    Hotel is clean, beds were SO comfortable, breakfast was reliable. Ivy at the front desk was so helpful during our stay! We came for the X Games in Aspen and decided to stay here and rent a car because the rate was much more affordable. The drive to Aspen was super easy, and Glenwood Springs was a lovely area! It was 3 minutes away from Iron Mountain Hot Springs which was a great addition to our trip as well. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only downside was there was not enough parking, two of the nights we had to park at the Hampton Inn next door, but it was still very close by so not that big of an issue.

    Okay, the staff was amazing. Was there two nights and saw a new person every time I came and went. They were all awesome. I wish I got the lady's name that checked me in because I want to shout out to her. I felt so welcome. The only concer was the heater unit. A little loud but not anything different than other places. Will stay there again.

    Worst hotel I spent time in the whole 2025. Business center has no door and people having meetings there or hanging out at 11 Pm or 2 am or 4 am will not let you sleep at all if you are in rooms at the bottom floor. Hotel made me feel It eas my problem instead of taking care of it. Not recommended at all.
