So. Parking is terrible. My advice. Park in Hampton's parking. You'll have better luck. They have no trolley carts. They had 2, but I was told that someone stole them a while back. So plan multiple trips if you are bringing more than a suit case. Pet rooms are stained, which is ok. There's pets. These rooms are CONNECTING rooms. Which means there's a door sharing into another room. Oh ya, we walked in and saw that connecting door OPEN... This place is inconvenient. And disappointing.

Overall, the hotel was not bad, but there were several issues that spoiled our stay.
First of all, the bathroom equipment was very old — the toilet and ventilation system clearly needed an upgrade, and the towels were yellowish instead of bright white. There was also some rust near the bathroom fixtures.
However, the biggest problem was the terrible soundproofing between the rooms. On our last night, we couldn’t sleep at all because some guests on our floor were drinking and making noise all night long. The lady at the reception asked them to be quieter, but it didn’t help at all. They were two rooms away from us, yet we could hear them as if they were right in our room.
The cleaning was good. The location is also not bad.
We were never able to connect to Wi-Fi; there were always some problems and interruptions.

Paid $493/night at Holiday Inn Estes Park — no microwave in room, no bottled water, no breakfast, and had to drive to the lobby for basics. Room was subpar, manager dismissive. Not worth even half the price — far better options in Estes Park.

The price seemed really high for the quality of the beds and rooms, but the high price might have been due to events in the area. The hotel was within walking distance to downtown, which was nice.
