The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and other cities around. This location for us was strategic, allowing us to visit all the attractions without any hassle.

My recent stay was no different, staff very warm and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and they are in the middle of renovations, updated rooms look great! This is a great location if you're visiting Glenwood and surrounding areas like Carbondale and Aspen or just passing through. Highly recommend this location!👍🏻

They were nice about it and let us leave early without penalty but if you work or play late maybe wait a few months before enjoying this hotel.

Two nights @ $419.49, then we could not get the room without placing a $50 incidental holding fee on a credit card. Continental breakfast is being served in the tiny lobby. Finally got to our room number 203. Walked in and choked on the stinch of smoking residue. And were given a spray can of "Febreeze" setting on the heater below the window to greet us!!!!! Politely took my room card back down to the front desk and was not able to get a comparable room. And no adjustment in the price offered for the horrific surprises of a filthy "Hampton Inn".
