There was mold in the tub (room 211) that really needs the caulking removed and redone — small maintenance issues, but noticeable. The staff was polite but not very engaged — not rude, just a bit indifferent. For the price, I expected a higher level of care and upkeep. At around $150–$200 a night, this place would be fine. But for $400, it really should have been better. You can stay across the street at Glenwood Springs for around $200, or even at the resort for about $600, which might be a better value. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It seemed like a bother to him to do check in and answer stay related questions. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
