  The Best Western antlers located in beautiful Glenwood Springs is such an amazing hotel they have amenities for everybody like a gas fire pits at night time they have a beautiful huge hot tub and two swimming pools and they have complimentary bicycles that you could use and they have cornhole games setup and the girl that works there Jen that checked me in was one of the nicest customer service people I've ever met in my life this is a five-star hotel for sure if you're going to stay in Glenwood Springs I recommend Best Western antlers.

  I stay here every time I come through Colorado. It’s always clean. The staff is always helpful and the breakfast is always on point. It’s a nice quiet place to stay. The pool and hot tub area are also great. My only suggestion would be to make a hot tub just a little bit hotter.;)

  This place is absolutely disgusting !!!! Our room was filthy. When we initially checked in the bedding was dirty, I asked for new bedding I was brought dirtier bedding. So I told them to keep it I’d take none. I was told my room would be comped… it was not. I reached out to the GM a month later still no response. Very disappointed with cleanliness and service. The absolute best part though, our nearly $500 a night “suite” came with a wonderful view of a brick wall….

  We have stayed at the Best Western Antlers in the past, and they always provide a great experience. Our room was clean and fresh and the breakfast lineup was very good with scrambled eggs, home style potatoes, bacon one day, link sausage another and then patty sausage another and everyday there was a crock pot of very tasty green chile! Not to mention, the yogurt machine was a hit with my wife! The Antler's location was handy to both hot springs as well as shops and restaurants downtown. We hope to visit again soon!

  While I was at this hotel itself was great - however I somehow accidentally made a duplicate reservation prior to my arrival, and informed the receptionist of this at check-in. Upon arrival I was assured that the duplicate reservation was not a problem - I only realized that there was a duplicate reservation shortly before my arrival. The cost for my stay was 758.36. When I was reviewing my credit card statement, I realized that there was an additional charge made for 174.03 - for my duplicate reservation. So I called Best Western, and figured it would be no problem at all to reconcile. However, much to my shock - the hotel and Best Western refuses to refund the second charge! What an absolutely disappointing outcome for what should have been a simple refund. An extra $200 for absolutely no reason at all? Come on. That's ridiculous. My friends come to Glenwood every year, and we won't be back to this hotel. I was planning to stay at this same place next year when I visit, and well - that changed entirely! I will not be back to a BW any time soon. Customer service is actually dead in 2025 and this hotel is no exception. Don't bother using their website or apps to book - BW is so focused on everything but the booking so much so that the actual booking experience itself completely sucks. The UX on both the website and app are clunky. There's no reason I should have even been able to make an additional reservation under the same dates, name, and email address without some kind of confirmation from the hotel. To have to pay for it on top of it is absolutely crazy. If you book here, just make sure to make your reservation over the phone so that any booking errors fall on them, and not back on you. There are tons of hotels in the area of the same quality and amenities, I wouldn't bother with this one.
